First I would like to respond to the Negitive comet left how dare you she is a Mother of boys so yes her voice is stern as is mine she doesn't force anyone EVER to buy things here She doesn't have to I ve never seen her in the 2 months Ive been coming here talk down to anyone EVER even in some annoying situations this is a place where you can come and buy nothing and spend hours just absorbing the positivity energy and are welcomed each and every time you come here I'm here almost everyday for hours using there tools For FREE working on different projects I roam freely without people breathing down my neck like some stores and she and the staff always interact with me and we laugh or if it's busy they still check to see if I'm good they know the customers by name not by a price tag so again how dare you if you felt some type of way you should of been an adult and talked to her instead of coming on here and trying to tarnish her name. If your looking for a place to come and be at peace within yourself while you shop for healing stones or you want to learn how to make Glass Beads or Wire wrapping this is the place to be don't let someone's Negitive Ora ruin your chance to be around...

I picked out a class and made my first visit to this store last week after reviewing their amazing class schedule and all the available options. The store is an hour drive for me and well worth it. My instructor was fantastic. It has a wonderful “hometown” feel, expert staff and instructors, and is a treasure trove of supplies and ideas for any beader. I was interested in learning the “illusion” technique for bracelets and necklaces. Illusion is so summery and light but adapts well to any season. I came home having learned many new techniques in that one class. I love the Magical crimper tool and the finished look of that. I’m thinking of making a sun catcher for my granddaughter to hang in her room using the “illusion” principles. Can’t wait to try it. I’m bursting with new ideas so I better get busy. This is such an amazing store! With a very knowledgeable staff. However, it’s deeply disappointing to know the owner is not in the business of restoration —when it comes to the customer service experience. I have made many of purchases over the years, and this past weekend, on Saturday, I purchased a lovely ring. I broke the ring Monday, and returned to the store for support or an exchange, only to be told that once an item leaves the store it’s no longer the stores responsibility. I respect this, however, I can’t help but wonder how a place with such symbolism, beauty, and energy manages to emit LOW frequencies, primarily from the owner.
