I've only been here a couple times as it's well out of my way. As much as I would love to say I'm amazed that they're still in business based on the exorbitant pricing on most of the(very few) marked items I'd guess selling maybe 3-4 items a week probably pays the rent and all fees associated with running a business. I will say the volume is impressive even if you can't access, see or touch 70% of the items in the stores. Inside it looks like an episode of hoarders on steroids to the point I'm fairly certain any sane fire marshall would shut them down at a single glance inside.
Going through the owner responses to other reviews I feel obligated to call to attention multiple falsehoods. They do not visibly offer masks, gloves or hand sanitizer or have any visible in the store despite having signage saying they offer masks to customers without. I did not see a phone number posted on the doors/windows anywhere. Not a single sign in the building simply say anything along the lines of "ask for assistance with this" or "feel free to ask about this" half of the signage throughout the store simply says "DO NOT TOUCH!" not that you'd be able to anyway as most inventory is buried behind other things to the point I'm fairly certain it would take 10 minutes of moving and reorganizing to open any of the multitude of display cases. I can also say in the times I've been in the store it is rarely busy with more than two or three people total, not like the open area in the store could hold more than that regardless, so claims of being "very busy" are likely false and used as a way to justify rudeness and horrible customer care.
Most amazing of all is how do people all over the country rant and rave about the " amazing quality, depth, rarity and pricing" of your items and service but your rating is a paltry 2.8 stars and the largest complaints against you are shared by NUMEROUS PEOPLE? Is it all the people that share a terrible experience at your stores that are the problem? ...
Read moreI had the most wonderful experience with Lawrence and his staff. My husband and I had been looking for a mid-century dining set, something with clean lines and not too big, and found a posting of a set we liked on Craigslist. We contacted the poster and it turned out to be Lawrence, who set up a time with us to view the piece. Since his shop is very full he and his staff assembled the set in the courtyard behind the building for us to view. We fell in love with it right away--it has a beautiful look and a sturdy build, the upholstery was clean and in great shape, and there are little details that make the set unique. We did notice some small gaps in the joints that support the table but didn't think too much of it at the time and made the purchase. Lawrence had planned to touch up some small scuffs before delivery for us but when he had his woodworking guy take a look, the guy said that the dowels inside those supporting joints needed to be replaced. Lawrence let us know right away and absorbed the cost of the work himself. He kept us posted about the process of the work and set up a delivery with us as soon as it was ready. He and his team did a great job delivering the set and setting it up for us in our dining room. He gave detailed instructions for taking care of the piece and even called after he left because he thought of one last thing. He also clued us into the idea that we could have a piece of glass cut for the top if we wanted to use it without a cloth but protect the wood. He gave several recommendations of local businesses who could do the work and what to ask for. In short, he was extremely caring, attentive, and knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us. We love the set and really enjoyed the entire experience of working with him. We'll look forward to working with him again next time we're...

Turn Away!
•Extremely common items marked 1110% above market value •Absolutely Crowded store, not ADA Compliant •Few Items Priced •Rude and Argumentative Owner
Absolutely crowded store to the point the owner fell over and tripped over his disorganized placement of product. He knocked down couple of things during his tumble. Store definitely not ADA Compliant.
Only few things were priced and owner makes up prices on the spot. Most likely to evaluate how much you will spend so he can rip you off. Another reason nothing is priced could be because all the owner does is buy buy buy and has too much to deal with so they don’t price anything.
Female was absolutely pleasant, the male owner unfortunately was not.
Owner also is committing tax fraud. Refused to provide me with a receipt because I paid in cash then when I asked for a receipt he stated I needed to give back the item so he could essentially do a refund and charge tax.
Edit in Response to Review Reply** I made it extremely clear I was buying for a personal piece and not to trying to resell. Owner again is smug to the point they are trying to cover their shady dealings
Owner also berated us flea market style trying to make a sale. Obviously he was hurting so much for money because his desperation to make a sale was...
