Update- I was going to take down my negative review after I realized I can't fight city hall, I paid and rejoined. Yet, they should honor the web site language. I'm not a visitor, I live here (over 25 years) and pay my property tax...I'm invested in the community. Sometimes there appears to be a disconnect, it is our tax dollars that fund the Community Center. So I'm changing my review yet leaving the previous because one staff member remains incredibly snarky- staff member quoted previously.
After being closed for 14 months due to Covid I reviewed the online info. Noticed our paid for and unused membership would be good for the remainder of 2021. Staff at community center told me "I don't care what the web site say's," and then told me I had to pay again to use the facility.
