I agree with others opinions on Tim and Jeremy. We’ve rented and are almost done paying on our wash and drier. We paid a month in advance and our wash went out. The loaner I got smells and the top starts to shake and come off during the spin cycle. My husband and I have called now for two mo the asking about our washer. We’ve been told numerous stories. After the first month we asked to speak to the district manager and was told he would call-as usual no call from anyone. They took a payment out of my card not authorized and for too much. When I called to inquire today, Jeremy wouldn’t let me speak. I informed him I was upset with the lies and that apparently set him off because he started yelling st me. I hung up, crying in disbelief that a company, let alone a general manager would act this way. I called my husband who spoke to him and was hung up on from Jeremy after being told we were sick of the lies and he needed to credit the money that was taken out with our consent or a confirmation saying it was paid back. I have NEVER been so discgusted with a company. We were in a bind and made the mistake of going this route. I ya e like 5 payments left and honestly just want to return it so I don’t need to deal with them. I’m just astounded that a company would have people who cannot communicate with their customers and who won’t listen or make things right. Definitely wouldn’t recommend...

This place has made our bank account negative like 200-500 in the negative multiple time. So a month ago we told them to come get the mattress and box spring and they never showed up well yesterday we got a letter in the mail saying to contact them asap. Well we did and the manager was rude so we told them to come get their stuff. So today they finally showed up and I asked the guy what they did with the mattress he said we clean them and resale them which in Tennessee is illegal and they can be fined for it. So i currently lost my job and have informed them of so! I have told them multiple times that i’m not trying to steal from them that as soon as i start another job they will get their money from me. Even though i have told them this, they have knocked on my door for Hours straight and harassed me and woke up all my neighbors at 11am.
