It started out to be a good experience before I met the woman who actually serviced my nails. My first time there I was greeted with hello⦠I Felt very comfortable. The salon itself, is not in the nicest of neighborhoods, and itās in a very small plaza where there is no parking. I was willing to overlook these things, because The ladies there were nice, Long story short, I got my nails done by Crystal, She seemed a little annoyed with me A reason Iām still not sure About but nonetheless, she did a good job With my nails, so I thought until I noticed a few little imperfections on the sides of the nails That were not polished, but I did not say anything Overall, they look nice, and I was happy for the most part with the results. Fast forward not even a week later I had a nail to pop off, I did not do anything to Cause the nail to come off and there was no reason that it should have been coming off otherwise I do not do anything that would have caused this just going about my regular And all of a sudden my nail pops off this was a new set of nails. Thereās no reason that this should have happened. I went to the shop to get the one nail Repair. This did not turn out good because I was told that I mustāve done something to cause it, and also was told That I would have to pay six dollars to have it repairedā¦. These were less than a week old. Iāve never had this happen before and Iāve had nails on for weeks. Need to say, Crystal did not do what any professional Would have done, and that would have been to apologize for doing a poor job and fixing the nail, instead She said nothing is free, and I never asked her to do it free, but she should have To do it free because she was the reason it was broken in the first place Had fixed my nail she would still have myself in quite a few others as customers, but she lost myself, and the ladies that were From the wedding party she will never see that instead I went somewhere else that same night This nail place was very professional. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in this afternoon for a pedicure and an acrylic fill. My pedi was amazing. But my fill? Horrid. They were trying to make me pay 45 dollars for this service. Which would be fine if the service was good but my nails were bulky, the lady that did them didnāt take the polish down to the cubicle, so it looked like I already needed a fill again. The way she laid the acrylic⦠it wasnāt flush to my nail. It had a bump and looked terrible. She kept talking to the other workers and she barely looked at my hands as she was doing my service. I was originally going to get white French tips but i decided for plain white nails. My thumb nail had her finger print on it, a bubble in it and I had polish on my skin. She never asked me if I was pleased with my service. I tried to give her suggestions but she was getting angry and wasnāt listening. When she finished she told me to pay. I went to a younger worker and showed them my nails saying I wasnāt paying $45 for terrible service. The woman that did my fill told the younger woman that she asked me if I was pleased with my nails and said yes. This never happened. I told the girl this. So the woman was lying right in front of my face. I kept telling them I wasnāt paying full price for my nails with how horrible they looked. Instead they wanted to take only 5 dollars off of my total and I was not okay with that. The woman kept arguing and I kept saying I was very displeased with what she did to my hands. They suggested she repaint them and I said I didnāt want her to touch my nails after what she did. So in the end I ended up getting the polish taken off. Walked out with naked bare nails. My cubicles were cut from how fast and rough she was drilling my nails. She kept talking under her breath. Other clients also voiced how my nails looked really bad and the workers began arguing with us. I still had to pay $30 for a very poor service. I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. The nail fill itself was fine, but unfortunately, just 3 hours after leaving, one of my nails broke. When I called to get it fixed, I was told they couldnāt accommodate me since they stop taking clients at 5:30 pm, even though I was able to book an appointment online until 6. I tried to ask if there was any flexibility, but I was told no. To make matters worse, I wasnāt informed until after the service that I could only pay with cash.
