Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

Waited 45 minutes for a small pizza. I ordered a small pizza, brownie & 2-liter at 11:55am and it is now 1:04pm and I still have not gotten anything. I called the store 3 times for each person to tell me something different. 1st person said “she should be there any minute”, 2nd person said “we tried to call you but you had had the wrong number. You didn’t hear her honk?” (Mind you the window were I was sitting I saw 0 cars or a honk) 3rd time I call, it’s now a hour after this point, a rude girl answers the phone giving me attitude. Saying “theirs only one driver on Monday’s and she had 3 other deliveries.” I used to work at Papa Johns, ok? It’s Monday. I told her that I have work at 2:30 and I wanted to eat before I had to go in. Again, was rude, giving me attitude. She stated the pizza wouldn’t be free and that basically it was my problem to deal with.

I will NEVER order from this store again! 1:10pm and I put the order in at 11:55am....

My dad has been coming here religiously with my sons (8 years old) instead of the one near his house because he said the pizza was better. He was a valued customer until one of the workers (large black man) deliberately disrespected him, swearing at him and shoving his pizza at him multiple times. Calling him multiple swear words including the n word. My dad did not swear at all but simply asked the manager to resolve the issue and the manager sided with the employee. Mind you that after my dad took his pizza and my sons and started walking to his car this employee FOLLOWED him out to his car, still swearing and calling him names and talking crap about his car in front of my 8 year old sons. This was all over a stamp card THEY gave him that the employee refused to accept because it had a different location name on it. The service was horrible and this place is lucky it was not me with my sons...

This is by far the worst Papa John's I have ever ordered from. So dirty, lazy employees, managers and employees are so high they constantly mess up orders.pizza are always late, wrong, old and cold. The drivers are the worst and when I contacted the manager Mike...He was very discouraging as a manager and pretty much defended his employees on why the orders were wrong or why they were properly cooked. I'm so appalled by this store. West 25th is trash and all of its employees are trash. Unless you like cold pizza and wrong orders and being DISRESPECTED BY THE GENERAL MANAGER...You may wanna take your business elsewhere. Not to mention...Employees have sex within the restaurant and the GM promotes infidelity. Drug addicts and dealers all over. Wheres the negative stars?? This place should...
