7 Cravings Soulfood — Restaurant in Cleveland

Very poor customer service. 1 star is being generous. Claim they never got my grub hub order. But when I showed them my email they said it mysteriously just popped up and would take 15 min to complete.I left out and came back 30 minutes later to get my order. They didn't want to give me any accommodations for not having my order ready and gave me my money back for the gator bites they did not have. I left and got home and discovered I have no collard greens with my order and there should have been 3 orders of greens. I returned to the restaurant and notified the owner of the situation outside of the restaurant and showed him pictures of my food. He said that he was personally going to handle the situation. As I walked into the restaurant I overheard the cashier telling the owner that he told me there were no greens. I spoke up and became very irrate at that point and a lady told me I need to leave because of the way I was talking to a minor. In all actuality I was not speaking to the minor I was speaking out loud. They stated that me having no greens was replaced with extra yams and Mac & cheese. That was a false statement. It was only replaced with extra yams and fries but that's besides the point. You can't choose what side to give me. They handed me more mac & cheese and fries and I left. When I got home and started eating there were a lot of bones I my fish and hair in my fries. The fries that replaced me not having greens smh. My mom wanted to try this place because it was her birthday and because she seen an older gentleman on Tik tok rate this place & he spoke highly of them. We tried to call in an order & the young woman answered the phone and stated they only accept orders in person. We live in berea, Ohio a little bit of a drive. My husband gets there and was automatically told is an hour and a half wait…. If it wasn’t for mother’s birthday 8/31 I would’ve told him to leave. We ordered a plethora of food. The shit was salty as all get out. I ordered salmon over rice I couldn’t taste the flavor of anything just SALT! My daughter ordered chicken wings she liked hers no complaints. My husband ordered a wing dinner with a side of mac and string beans he stated the chicken was good and he couldn’t eat the sides because it was too SALTY. My mom ordered the soul rolls, chicken with yellow rice and greens once again the sides were super SALTY! We easily spend over $120 on food that wasn’t eatable, and it was my mom’s birthday and this is what she wanted…. SMH. I’m absolutely speechless how this place is still doing business! Today I took my taste buds to 7 Cravings located on 3101 W. 25th in Cleveland, Ohio. When I say the vibes at this Soulfood restaurant are immaculate they really provide the vibes & warm setting that give you that real soulful feel! The staff was very polite and helpful. 7 Cravings has a small lounge area for guests where are allowed to drink & smoke if you choose to. Very comfortable seating and enough space to enjoy yourself along with a few friends or eveb a date night. The menu has a wide variety of tasty dishes that are definitely at an affordable price and fulfilling to cravings you desire. Today I ordered the Turkey Burger Sandwich & Seafood Rolls. When I say the Seafood were fulfilling flavorful & made to perfection they did a tremendous job crafting them! The Turkey Burger was seasoned very well and definitely hit the spot! The Turkey Burger also came with fries. If you ever you are on the west in need of some good eating make sure you visit 7 cravings.
