I used to love my chicken from Popeye's guess I did I really used to love my chicken from Popeye's until one day well let me explain a couple of days at two separate Popeyes I was very disrespected by management and employees because I want it fresh chicken tenders and I explained to them in a very nice professional way about those special well deserved fresh cooked tenders after they had given me five old tenders that we're not fit for a dog to eat I believe a dog biscuit would have been much much more chewable I did it cause a scene until the employee who works up under the manager who said to me I'll get you some fresh tenders and he said in the real nice polite way at fashion but the employee who took it upon herself to merge the words to him I don't understand he should get nothing next time you work in the line and cut everybody first of all let me clear it up if you go to a store and somebody says they're going to fix the problem why would somebody who is an employee who has no rank at all who has no authority who is a worker up under another worker brass balls make a comment to me or to one of her superiors to me and the superior not say to her that she needs to stop talking about a customer and do her work but instead turned on me when I made a comment to him about her being disrespectful it told me that I can eat somewhere else well you know something it took every inch of me not to snatch him over that counter Popeyes your employees have very bad attitudes they need to check themselves they are ruining your business and not only that they're serving people cold food they are serving people cold food food that is below the national and natural food temperature which could cause food bacteria to grow in your food and get...

I placed an order through the drive-thru only to find out that biscuits were missing when I got home. I got the Family meal, they only gave me one piece of corn on the cob. They gave me mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw as I ordered. When I realized that they didn't even give me my change back I called the store and spoke to the manager. She remembered me and she observed that I didn't receive my change. She told me to come in the next day for my change and a 2 piece meal on them. I went the next day, told the guy at the desk that there should be an envelope in the office for me with my name on it. He stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes before even going back to check. When he did come back to the counter he handed me the envelope. On the envelope it said, "Give the customer a 3 piece meal on us". I asked him about it, he proceeded to give me 3 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. DO NOT GO HERE!! I went thru the drive-thru and was taking a second to look over the menu to see what to order my toddler and the girl at the window got on the speaker and was rude as hell and told me I either needed to order or get out the drive-thru because they were on a timer!! I could not believe she spoke to me like that!! Very ghetto!! So I hurried up and ordered, got to the window and she continued being very rude and hostile. I wish I would’ve just left because it was rediculous. Then I get home and take a sip of the sprite I got and spit it out because it was pure carbonated water with NO sprite syrup in it! Disgusting!!
