The music is amazing....Let's just say I came in with my son..my adult son.. NOBODY GREETED US..we came in..the woman that walked in after us was greeted and asked "Have you been here before?"..Welcome!! I purchased an item and at the checkout area the two woman were cold and preoccupied with some ridiculous problem that didn't concern me or my purchase..I purchased my item..NO THANK YOU..NO COME BACK AGAIN.. NOTHING!! Ive worked in retail and I currently work in the service industry...After leaving I seriously questioned why I spent my hard earned money at a local business only to be treated like trash..I will not be back...Hey,man..I've been to A LOT of stores in my life but as a current service industry professional...Maybe your sales people -
Read moreMy first time visiting this shop after hearing much hype and as much as I was impressed with the beautiful displays, selection of items, and overall layout, I was very disappointed. Everything was extremely overpriced. Working at a vintage/resale shop myself, I know what items are worth it vs not. 2010s Abercrombie & Fitch is not vintage nor worth the nearly $30 price tag that came with it. The ladies at the front desk were extremely cold, rude and made us feel unwelcome throughout our entire experience. As checking out, I tried asking if they would negotiate on a belt that had the clasp broken, since it was priced quite high for what it was, and they seemed annoyed with me for even asking. I would’ve understood if they said no flat out as some places will not barter on prices but she offered me a $2 discount (on a $16 belt) and I accepted. Then the other employee at the desk made a snide comment under her breath about how the belt wasn’t even broken despite there being clear damage. That was unnecessary. I wanted to give this place a fair shot but it left a pretty bad taste in my mouth! Would suggest a better range of pricing and nicer customer service...
