High Society Boutique — Attraction in Cleveland

I was looking for a headshop open late on a Sunday, and this place truly came in clutch. What I discovered is that it is much more than a headshop! They have many solutions for people of counterculture or alternative lifestyles, it was a very welcoming space. On top of that, the set up of the store is so beautiful, I kept thinking “wow I wish this was my living room” lol. You can tell they appreciate quality items and finding unique pieces to offer, with online shopping being so huge this place will still be worth it to me to go in store. I also appreciated that they had many items made by local creators. 5 star rating also applies to the customer service! The man working was very informative on the products, but not pushy at all. He allowed me to look around (there’s so much to see) and did not try to rush me or make me feel obligated to buy anything, but like I said was super informative with each question I had. Another thing I appreciated was when I expressed interest in a product without a price tag listed, he let me know the price without my asking. I found everything I bought to be of fair price, but I appreciate service like that because it’s always awkward getting a product rang up and THEN realizing it is out of your price range. I bought a product of a more sexual implication, and I appreciated his lack of judgement or making any kind of comment on that purchase. He was very professional and I may not have felt comfortable enough to purchase without his demeanor. It truly is such a welcoming environment and I think can appeal to so many people, even those just curious about life lol. Before I even walked in, I had a great feeling because the storefront windows alone were just awesome and had so many cool finds, I knew the inside was gonna be a sight to see.

Overall, I went in for one thing and was surprised yet not at all disappointed to walk out with products for several different areas of life. From what I needed when I thought it was a run of the mill headshop, crystals, body glitter, gifts for others, incense catcher…it’s truly a place you just need to go and experience!

Staff is always very helpful. Very decent selection of typical head shop paraphernalia. They're open late which is fantastic because most of the other head shops around here close too early for the night owls like myself to peruse their wares. My only gripe is the pricing on some of their items. I've seen the same thing that they sell in the store online for at least half the price, if not more. But I guess that's the trade-off when you don't want to wait for shipping. I frequent this establishment at least once a month sometimes once a week. Wow, what a lovely store. The women behind the counter could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable & helpful. They fixed my problem & sold me what I needed for under 5 bux. Gorgeous store with a selection of anything smoking related you could ever need not to mention LOTS of cool other stuff for gifts or to decorate the house. I saw so many GREAT handblown glass pieces, pipes & bongs that were just amazing. I wont be going anywhere else now for my smoking needs.
