
Buyer Beware! Don't Shop @Mkh. Owner very rude. I'm not spending hard earned money for someone to be rude to me. I'm good ! I'd rather pay double the price and get good customer service than to be talked to rudely and save a dollar. So I go here here looking for vinyl flooring dishwasher, mattress, maybe a wooden table. I'm just in a market for a few things so I figured this would be a great place to shop. It's a warehouse not a store front. Not a problem. I walk in and they have the flooring right there. So I talked to the lady up front she says all the flooring is there up front. Many different choices But I didn't see anything I liked. I was looking for a gray vinyl click-lock flooring. More of a light gray. I didn't see anything that I like so I moved on. The lady up front said that the dishwashers are in the back but don't touch anything because it could be a safety hazard. That's understood since a lot of things are stacked up. They have a lot of different choices here from tools to couches to table sets, refrigerators, stoves. Lots of everything. One of the nice gentlemen who worked there was showing me where the dishwashers were. I saw the dishwashers but unfortunately the Samsung dishwashers are sold as a set with the refrigerators You can't buy them individually. Not a problem not a big deal for me. But as I was escorted to the dishwashers and table sets I saw pallets of flooring. One of the boxes had gray flooring sitting right on top D6890. I thought it was nice gray color so I asked the associate if he had that in stock. He said that I would have to ask the lady up front. Not a problem. So I looked at the dishwashers I looked at the mattresses didn't see any firm mattresses, So I checked out the rest of the warehouse to see everything they had. Then I went back up front to ask the lady about the gray flooring that I saw as I was looking for the other items. Well that's when things turned. She said you shouldn't be looking at flooring back there. I explained to her that I wasn't looking for flooring I just saw the flooring as I was passing by headed to the dishwashers. So now I'm inquiring to see if they had this particular flooring. She said well you going to have to ask my dad when he gets here. Well when the owner came in which was only a couple minutes later, I asked him if he had the flooring that I saw in the back. He immediately cut me off and said you shouldn't be looking at flooring back there. I explained to him that I wasn't looking for flooring back there, I was headed over to look at the dishwashers and the flooring was right there in the open with the number D6890 on it. How do I know the rules of your warehouse? This is my first time here. It's not like I looked behind something and I search for it. All I was doing was walking through your warehouse looking at your items. That's why I inquired to see if you had it. But you are being so rude to me about the flooring I couldn't even ask you about the height of the dishwashers or if was your mattresses were firm or not. I got out of there in a hurry because of your attitude. I did nothing wrong. All I was doing was asking what normal customers should ask. All I was asking if you had d 6890 in stock. If so, if you had 350 ft². I shouldn't be responded to with rudeness because I'm trying to spend money in your establishment. I drove to LUMBER LIQUIDATORS and beat their prices. @ $1.61 sqft vinyl click-lock light gray w/attached pad. They also had $1 sqft But I didn't want the Honey brown color. The OWNER ignores phone calls, text messages and is very disrespectful when you call multiple times about a product you purchased that doesn’t work. I purchased a refrigerator in February, I called Mario Hannah (the owner) I told him the refrigerator I purchased doesn’t get cold, he told me to call the manufacturer company (Frigidaire) and I did. Frigidaire sent 4 different guys out to repair the refrigerator from Sear’s Home Repair, neither guy was able to repair the refrigerator, the 4th guy called Frigidaire and told them it’s NOT REPAIRABLE!!! Frigidaire told me to call MKH LIQUIDATION because they do not replace products from the that company because it’s a LIQUIDATION COMPANY AS PRODUCTS ARE NOT PROPERLY HANDLED! I, then called Mario Hannah to explain that the company is not replacing products from his company and he was very disrespectful because I called multiple times about a product he sold me that’s not being replaced and I was never able to use and it’s going on 3 months with no refrigerator. I understand he have other customers but I was a customer as well but he couldn’t take my calls but have time to entertain new customers, post on social and can go home to grab things out his cold refrigerator but not to address my non working refrigerator. This company is also not BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESS per BBB. I’m filing a small claims lawsuit with Cleveland Municipal Court this Friday. I will update as things change.

Frigidaire did refund me for the refrigerator they did not replace it, refund was a virtual debit card. I then went to Home Depot and purchased a brand new fridge. I haven’t spoke with Mario since he lied to me on May 4, 2025. I have the text to prove it. He told me he would cash app or Apple Pay for food replacement for not having a refrigerator for 3 1/2 months but I stop texting him and took my lost. He lost a customer and Home Depot gained a forever customer. Read moreWorkers are extremely nice and helpful. Im giving one star being I drove from Solon to this location from being referred by my moving guy. I found a very nice washer and dryer set and wanted to purchase. The employee told me i could finance through a 3rd party company. I applied in store and was immediately approved for 4k and I was charged $50 for the application. I intended on pushing the paperwork through so i could arrange pick up but nobody in store knew how or could. Cool, they called and spoke to a female and she stated she would call later for me to come back. Never happened. Still fine, I waited 2 days and called the number online which i assume is a cell phone to her husband not to the actual store. He wasn’t really helpful and brushed me off and said his wife would call. She never did. I ended up going to Best Buy and buying a set new and paying in full. I understand life keeps people busy but communication and customer service needs improvement here. The employees are amazing but ownership and how they run business needs to be better. Maybe teach the employees how to do financing paperwork. Not to mention I took a long time looking for a set in that cold warehouse and solon to the west side is not a quick ride.
