O'Reilly Auto Parts — Attraction in Cleveland

Well Orielly's is trying to recoup the money they spent on building another store on the other side of town. I am a commercial customer. Called about a battery charger a few days ago. With my price break being a commercial customer my price was only double what I can get the same exact charger delivered to my door for. Way to go. Only a few years ago 504 had 2 people working commercial full time balls to the wall. Now its one guy. Wont be long they wont need a commercial guy. Commercial Customers learn that when we price a job using parts from Orielly then our customer declines the repair because of parts pricing and they look it up online and see that delivered cost is 1/4 of orielly's pricing they give shops the ultimatum. Use parts we provide or we pick up our vehicle. We then have no choice but to allow it. Way to go Orielly. Your pricing is squashing our business and yours. Make a little on alot of sales or alot on a few sales is killing your commercial customers. Again Thanks for killing...

Of all the O'Reilly auto parts locations I've ever been to, I've never felt compelled to write a review for them but, this store gave exceptional service today on my visit. I was greeted at the door and directed to the aisle that my part was located on. When i got to the aisle there was a gentleman there ready to help me, asking all the pertinent questions about my issue, and offered to come outside with me with the parts before i purchased them so I didn't have any trouble and had to return them or go through any extra hassle. A++ guys and you all deserve a pat on the back from O'REILLY'S corporate headquarters in my opinion. That is how you run a store when you want to not only sell products, but have satisfied customers that get exactly what they need and keep coming back. It's too bad I live in Southwest Houston or I'd only visit your store for my auto parts. Keep up...

This is the worst auto parts i have been there 4 times this week and each time they gave me the wrong part and also wanted to argue with me about the motor that is in my car they said that the motor that my car has in it was not available for the make and model or even the tear . I bought the car new so im pretty sure that the employees at this store are the most arrogant , unhelpful & know nothing about auto parts i will go a hundred miles out of the way to never go to the store in Cleveland Texas.
