I ordered flowers for my mom, to be delivered to her at work for Mother’s Day. I ordered a vibrant, full arrangement, but it looks like they heavily shorted us on the flowers and the design. It doesn’t even look like it was professionally arranged. I paid just under $100.00 for the order but I got something that looked like they grabbed a bundle from Walmart and just crammed it into a fluted jar.....utterly disappointed that I left such an important occasion in their hands.

UPDATE: I received a message from the shop and was informed of the oversight in the arrangement that was received. They were very apologetic and even offered to refund us in order to make up for it. I was very impressed by such an offer. Honestly, I just thought we’d picked a bad shop being that we ordered online & from out of town. I had attempted to order an arrangement by phone on Friday September 3, but it was right around 2pm and I think they had already closed for the day (Labor Day weekend). I placed the order on their website instead with instructions to deliver to the funeral home by 10am today (Tuesday September 7). Since it was a holiday weekend, I was concerned that my order wouldn't be processed in time to get to the service this morning, but when I walked in there it was on display and looked fresh and beautiful. I wanted the Tranquil Tears standing spray for a funeral. I had a question about the pricing after looking at the website. I called and my questions were answered promptly so I ordered right then by phone. When I received the receipt by email, I changed my mind about the card and they cheerfully accepted the change by reply email without any problem.
