Mini Mall Storage — Local services in Cleveland

We were never able to get into the storage facility. We paid in advance and got here at 6:30 (tight schedule). Now we have to find a different facility because they don’t have a number that answers or can assist. Super inconvenient. We’ve called both numbers and no one ever answered.

I just have to say that Ms Darlene goes above and beyond for her customers past and present. I left something in my storage when I moved into my home and realized weeks later I needed it. Ms Darlene went out of her way to make arrangements for me to meet a co worker there to retrieve said item. I was no longer a customer at that point, that’s unheard of these days.
