I can’t say enough good things about the team at Ace Hardware MD in Cleveland! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly faces and genuinely helpful attitudes. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable — whether I’m looking for the right tool, needing advice on a DIY project, or just trying to solve a problem around the house, they always know exactly what to recommend.

What really sets this location apart is how amazing and helpful the people are. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave with the right products and the confidence to use them. It’s rare to find a store where the employees genuinely care and are so well-informed about everything from plumbing and paint to power tools and garden supplies.

This place has quickly become my go-to for anything home improvement-related. If you’re in the Cleveland area and need help from people who really know what they’re doing, Ace Hardware is the place to go especially here! Unbelievable experience today at aproximadamente 12noon today… walked in and within 20 feet I was approach by the young man must of been about 17 years old and he quickly pointed at something at the door and said “no backpacks in here” and before I could even father my thoughts a young girl about 16 years old said “sir no backpacks” she was in front of me and he was behind me, I was literally surrounded. I briefly surrendered my backpack (my man briefcase) then immediately I took it back from the young lady and decided to take my buisness somewhere else. I respect stores policy or signs with sharpy written message on door amongst many other signs and I quit franky did not see it.. ACE must do more training because my experience was horrible…they simply attempted to make me feel like a criminal.. I would like owner to reach out please. Update 12:30pm spoke with Brandon store manager and encouraged more training for these teenage kids!! They must do better...

I am extremely please with how professional this specific Ac Hardware stores customer service has been. They have been out of this world with helping me fix what’s been going on with my grill issues. I won’t go into long details but I had a little issue with a product not the store and Miss Brianna, Mr.Jason and Mr. Tommy took care of me and all the issues I have been having. They have gone above and beyond to help with this. I have never experienced such wonderful help! These guys here really deserve all the praise. If I’m needing anything for my home, the first stop is going to be M & D Ac hardware in Cleveland. Amazing service....
