Customer Service skills not appropriate to be working with the public. Whomever the manager was today 4/22/22 at 3:48 pm needs to go back through training. First, she was yelling throughout the store. When I questioned where was the policy that's supposed to be posted at the register indicating full price body suits and pajamas are non returnable because they are identified as final sale items (as if the customers are supposed to know this) she indicated it was somewhere in the back. Then she was further discussing the situation another customer about non posted policy information instead of finding out how she could assist me from feeling like I should have been compensated for something. At least a return for the pajamas. I ended up repurchasing both items at a bigger size. Honestly, it's confusing how 1. The store doesn't answer when you call and 2. You see three girls exiting the store only to discover it's locked and nobody will answer EVEN THOUGH it says the store is OPEN. What the heck? The other day, a girl was standing by the door and opening it for people, because they're concerned about rioting, which is understandable, but that doesn't mean you lock your customers outside. Another girl JUST tried to enter and couldn't either. This store is going to go out of business. We were about to pay a lot of money here. AND THESE LAUGHING TEENAGE GIRLS HAD A FLIPPING KEY. The employees here are amazing and hard working. They all need a raise. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I saw an act of heroism today. I am terrified to go to this location after the juveniles who carjacked an innocent young woman today. The manager saved her life. The owners of the plaza need to protect us citizens from crime at this location. Their are homeless people sleeping outside the stores. Their have been over dose deaths at this plaza. People hiding behind the back of building injecting themselves. I will not return to rainbow until safety...
