Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

went into the shop while the worker was smoking a cigarette outside . Honestly that doesn’t bother me but when she went inside she did not wash her hands and then she put on gloves and started prepping our food . With the gloves she grabs the chicken strips I wanted and then grab the cheese and whatever else. Normally in other subways they have little trays for the chicken strips and they just place the chicken into the sandwich with only touching the mini trays . She puts the sandwiches in the oven and started touching surface areas and moving the trash with the same gloves she use that touched the meat and sandwich. I’m thinking she is going to change the gloves once the sandwich is done toasting but she doesn’t she grabs the sandwich with the same gloves and starts grabbing the condiments with the same gloves and then rang us up in the register . A new customer walks in and she takes care of them with the same gloves !!! She didn’t switch them out to make their sandwiches either I was so grossed out I threw my sandwich in the trash never going...

Nearly everytime I go there, the workers are disorganized, unprofessional, and completely clueless. Its always a struggle to get the order right, and sometimes when i order online they happen to be out of something (which is no big deal) but then they charge me the difference for something i shouldn't be charged for. This time it was a meatball sub on the ultimate cheesy bread which comes out to $7.79, they were out and i switched to a chicken bacon ranch, the price for that is 7.75 -they made me pay a difference of 2.57 (2 bags of chips price) to cover a $2.25 difference that I didnt even need to pay. Ive given them too...

I will never set foot in the place again. We went because it was close to home. The bread was soggy and there was barely any tuna on the sandwich. The veggies weren't good either. The thing that makes me NEVER want to go back again is that the worker was changing the menu signs. He was literally standing on the counter. No ladder or anything. Standing right on the counter right next to the toaster where sandwiches are made. The disgusting thing also that there was a stack of cups right by his nasty feet. I feel sorry for the people that had to get those cups. What a nasty thing to see....
