Horrible Company go somewhere else! Ordered a power reclining sectional from here, took a couple months to come. Three guys came to set it up, but they didn’t even hook the sectional together. They only plugged in one part of the sectional. The other part that’s away from the wall didn’t reach a plug and they told me I needed an extension cord for it and they left. If you look at picture which was taken day it was delivered, the plug still has the cap on it! They didn’t even try it before they left, they probably knew it was already broke when they delivered it. After purchasing a surge protector I plugged it in and it doesn’t even work! I called more than 5 times. They kept saying they’d call right back, one lady said it would take 3 to 4 months for them to come out! I called again and spoke to a guy and he told me they would be out sometime that week to fix it. Never showed up. It was one excuse after another! So now I have $2,000 brand new sectional that doesn’t even work!! They are terrible. STAY AWAY, they will rip you off! Edit: All this time later (Jan ‘22), they never fixed it, nor tried to even resolve the issue. So I’m stuck with a $2,000 couch that doesn’t work. Terrible company!!! Don’t waste your money

If you’ve read a bad review about Sam’s Furniture, please read THIS one! Like many businesses, Sam’s may have had a few negative reviews during the tough COVID years, and that made me a little hesitant, especially after a bad experience with another furniture company. But I’m so glad we gave Sam’s a chance! From the moment our salesman Khalil greeted us, to the delivery and setup of our new dining set, it was hands down the best furniture buying experience we’ve ever had. Khalil was warm, professional, and patient, no pressure at all. He gave us space to think and answered every question with honesty. The woman who handled our paperwork was also fantastic, fast, friendly, and had us out the door in under ten minutes. Just two days later, we got a call for delivery, exactly as Khalil had promised. The two delivery men were efficient, careful, and clearly skilled. The set looks beautiful in our dining room, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Sam’s Furniture! We’ll definitely be back.

We give in & change what we ordered, just so we can have something to sit on. Might I remind you, they have said they would call me back numerous times and never have. Finally they call my boyfriend and deliver our couch set. My boyfriend and I tipped them before they left 30$, I go outside to find this TRASH they LEFT on my porch?!?!? Are you kidding me?! Then they won’t answer the phone again, SHOCKER. Extremely unprofessional. We will never order again and we do NOT recommend anyone else to either. Get a different job if you can’t simply take care of the people giving you service.

Horrible company. Doesn’t deliver all items ordered, lies about it for months. Many of the positive reviews for the company in my opinion have to be fake. This has been an ongoing situation where they sold us a 6 person dining room table and only brought 4 chairs. First they said they forgot them and would bring them out the next day, then they said they had them but they were damaged and then would have to order them. We waited 2 weeks and they said they accidentally ordered the wrong colors. So they had to reorder again. Another month goes by and they said they would deliver them, delivery time came and went without even a phone call. After calling they said the movers were in Toledo and wouldn’t be able to make it until the following day. Then the owner was called the following day and I was informed that the chairs were mistakenly delivered to Toledo and now the customer isn’t replying. Owner ALI offered a refund (after 2 months of this). No. I don’t want a refund, I want the 2 additional chairs so our family can have a dinner at our dining room table together like I was promised when I ordered.

Beyond unprofessional. Now that I think about it while I was shopping a woman walked in asking for her “rug” she had ordered a month ago. That raised a red flag. Should have known better.

In addition, owner Ali was too preoccupied to even maintain a consistent conversation with my wife and I, got sidetracked talking about buying a house in Lorain for $40,000 for about 5 minutes on the phone in the midst of talking to us. Red flag #2.

Just know this. You are rolling the dice here, they will sell you furniture that they don’t even have in stock, but they will say that they have it in stock. That’s what has happened here. Then they will lie to you so many different ways, have you waiting for delivery times, sitting around waiting day after day for no shows and not even a simple phone call or an answer on the other...

WARNING WORST FURNITURE EVER!!!!Furniture is made with very cheap material and it never looks like what was displayed when delivered .. the couch set looked strong n durable in store once delivered furniture didn’t appear to be identical to the furniture I purchased(slightly different n coloration..instead of gray it was a cheap blue jeans like material and pillows in store were slightly darker then what the store had displayed)also the couch immediately started sinking down in the middle as if wood was left out of the structure causing a sagging effect also the wood can be heard cracking every time its sat upon .. the pillows had threads coming out (upon arrival)..on the arms of the couch the fabric is becoming undone as if not sew properly..and the silver embellishments were popping off having to b pushed back in(which should of had a permanent hold).. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE from buying actual furniture from here unless its just for show and not actual use ..The couch should be able to support some weight.. being that our livingroom hasn’t been used much these days..Im the only one sitting on the couch SO HOW IS IT ALREADY FALLING APART WHEN I BOUGHT THE FURNITURE SET LESS THEN A MONTH AGO !!!The built the couch same as they did the loveseat but failed to put supporting beams in the middle of the couch being that its longer then a loveseat you would need extra beams to support the weight in the middle ..I don’t even make furniture and know this but they don’t ..Cheaply made furniture ..Best versions of it put on display and seem to delivery a knockoff or cheaper made version then the one...

So i purchased a mattress at sam's furniture on saturday. Got a great price was really excited. Was told to go to their second store to pick up said mattress. When i arrived to pick it up the gentleman there told me that they were out of stock and that the seller from sams should have called. I was of course discourged and said i will have to cancel the purchase. The gentleman said no dont worry we have a new shipment coming in on monday and he could guarantee the delivery for monday. I confirmed the address and the time. He said no problem. So fast forward to Monday its 7pm no delivery no calls. I called up to the store. They knew nothing about it. Now they cant deliver it. I asked why noone callef me, again they knew noyhing about it. Lavk of communication. I dont know when they will deliver because i was told they can go by my schedule, so i give them a time and now they cant accomidate my schedule. I ask what day can you deliver between 6:30 -8pm? The lady on the phone said she will call me back to let me know. I know i am just one person, and they could probably care less, this is very frustrating, i did everything i was suppose to do. I paid for said mattress, i went to pick up said mattress, i gave the address after they didnt communicate and were out of stock of said mattress. I wad told id get a call back and didnt. Hopefully they will do better by the...
