T.J. Maxx — Attraction in Cleveland

I waited at the fragrance area where it said “press button for assistance,” but no one came to help me. I waited almost 30 minutes and then checked with a staff member in the dressing room, but still, no one cared to assist me. I finally discussed this with one of the tellers, and she just said “sorry” without even asking if I still needed help. It honestly felt like no one wanted to help me, and I can’t help but feel it was because I’m brown. This experience was heartbreaking. Went in before 8:30 pm, I was serious shopping as I do every week. I love tjmaxx usually, about 9ish they announced closing. I went to the front and waited and waited only one cashier, I ask with all the help walking around on the floor, could they not call some help up. By then the line was quite long.
