I randomly found this Gem by chance, and I am glad I did ! Why? The owner has celiac disease, so I can eat and not have to worry about anything. I love the country decor with fresh flowers at the tables. It felt like home. The owner and the other two servers were quick to accommodate my gluten allergy. I chose the French Toast with two scrambled eggs and French fries. It is rare that a restaurant has a dedicated frier for luxurious like anything fried. So you bet i got them. I also got the orange juice with a spritzer. I liked it. The own told me they started with only doing meal prep business and started this side with a restaurant very slowly. You can imagine i was intrigued because I have been looking for a company that does this gluten-free because I travel a lot every week. Plus, it's healthy food ready to heat and eat. This would be good for weight management, maintaining size in the gym , or just eating healthy. They do party events in the restaurant with catering for anything but weddings yet. I liked the food so much I ordered a Togo order as well for dinner, which was the club sandwich with bean chilly soup. Yep, that was delicious, too. Would I recommend this business? Absolutely. Would I return to this restaurant? Absolutely Don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself! It's in Bradley Square Mall. Great people

We rented space at Heat ‘n Eat and had them cater a hot meal for an after Christmas appreciation dinner for our Women’s Board The food was excellent! There were multiple compliments! So, Kudos to the chef! The ladies enjoyed the private dining and being able to have conversation with one another. The staff is beyond accommodating and so very friendly. Thank you again for making our gathering so enjoyable! Judi Williams Mt. Olive Women's Ministries

I appreciate Renee’s commitment to offering fresh and local ingredients when she is able. The relaxed atmosphere in a hectic world is much appreciated. Fabulous food and fabulous service. Let’s support our neighbors. Shop and eat local. I had the club sandwich with sweet potato fries. So delicious. 😋

I found out last minute that my wedding caterer couldn't accommodate people who have severe gluten and dairy allergies at my wedding. I heard about Heat n Eat and was able to be put in touch with their owner, Renee. She gave me a call and worked with me to provide gluten and dairy-free meals without cross contamination of any kind for my wedding guests! She even made special desserts for them too! She went above and beyond and asked what all my other guests were eating and matched the meals with dietary restrictions to be the similar to the rest of the meals for everyone else. This way no one felt left out! What a blessing. She was super kind, helpful, and worked with us to ensure all the people we love got to eat the same food as everyone else on our special day. I can't recommend...

It is WONDERFUL to find an establishment offering a gluten free friendly menu that is ACTUALLY gluten free. There are not only a variety of gluten free options but the food is incredible! I am celiac. I got the French toast (locally sourced bread) and it was delicious. Best I've had in the 8 years I have been gluten free. The friers are dedicated and I was able to share some of my husband's fries. The service was great. The owner Renee came out and talked with us. It was an all around great experience. I highly recommend and we...
