B/C 1 is as low as I can go.....
I was VERY disappointed with this location..... It used to be what I considered to be the best Cicis I have ever been to.... (Andrew was the name of the Mgr during most of this time)... But this visit.... It wasn't very clean..... No one was in ANY hurry to help me... For instance I stood @the special order location for 5-7 mins and eventually had to yell @ one of the "MANY EMPLOYEES" STANDING /OR JUST PACING AIMLESSLY... IF THEY COULD GET MY ORDER... there was about 5 or 6 pizza (1 dull the rest were scraps) and 2 desserts (full brownie and a mess that appeared to be an attempt to make a 1/2 custard 1/2 apple crumb... It wasn't an accomplishment by any means.... NO one greeted us as we enter NOR left the location and.... IMO with the price increase and the fact that their ONLY competition has shut down....... I could /probably should go on but it was just simply the worst experience ever @ this Cicis..... I am so sad that this is the case now.... And as a parent with a spouse.... A BIL who lives with us.... And 3 kids who do not qualify for a "kids" price...... 40 bucks is too much for 3 out of 6 of us to leave hungry b/c despite the fact that it was assured that 3 specific pizzas were 4-5 mins from being put out (never were)... And the other 3 of us were more upset about the 3 who were still starving that our less than average meal was ruined... I am just so very...
Read moreIt has been a long time since I have been to CiCis, and I was very impressed at the Buffet selections and the management of the restaurant. It was a very busy time, and there was a large party of a 30+ people that came in right after us. The place was busy but peaceful. The manager did a fantastic job of making sure the buffet stations were full and the food and beverage station and dining tables were clean. He went to the register a couple times to help with questions at the front. You could tell that he knew what he was doing. My husband had a special request for supreme pizza. There may have been a partial one on the buffet already, I do not know for sure, but the manager had a new one made. The BBQ Pizza and the Cinnamon rolls were two of my favorites. However, we were all impressed with the selections, the taste and freshness and quality (no skimping) of the food and beverages, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathroom and game area, and the kind and humble manager (Gage), and the staff were all excellent. They even had clean and neat appearances, which is very important in a restaurant. We visited on a coupon deal, but we're definitely going to return. Thank you so much! I will definitely...
Read moreCici's is a place that the kids enjoy going and we were invited by a group. The location in our town has went down the hill and doesn't get our money often anymore.
This location was clean and staffed for business. The food was fresh and salad bar a feature. The desserts needed some attention though. They never put out any of the thin rectangular pizza like in our town and I didn't request any.
The lady running the register was eating at the counter often and snacked some while refilling the salad bar. A girl with red colored hair came to the counter and they talked for a long time. She still took care of guests, but I was not happy about her snacking in plain view. I worked in the business for years and know that getting a chance to eat is a luxury at times too.
I think more locations like this with fairer pricing would help your company. Our location charges nearly $12 for food and serves it on styrofoam plates with plastic silverware. Nice to see dishes and...
