The Champagne Room At Polish American Citizens Association — Attraction in Clifton Heights

The Champagne Room was absolutely the best venue I have ever worked with! From start to finish, it was a seamless process and Butch treated myself and my family like VIP. The communication was excellent and detailed. Logistics were handled swiftly and with much care. There was not one thing I have to complain about because everything went perfectly!

This venue was booked for my grandmother’s 84th birthday party. We booked this venue a little over a month before the date. Butch was accommodating and tried to ensure we had the date we wanted and knew all the costs up front. The dates were booking up fast but he was a man of his word and kept every agreement.

The day of, he gave a generous amount of time for vendors to come in and set up and was available on site to help with anything that we may have needed help with. (*I was able to use all the vendors I wanted down to the caterer which is unheard of at most places.) The bartender was awesome and attentive to everyone’s beverage needs and checked in to make sure he did what he could do for us as well. We were able to set up a slide show using our dj and our event planner did all the decorations. Our caterer was able to use the kitchen for prepping and warming food. There was a nice set up by the kitchen to have a Buffett line.

The facilities were exceptionally clean and everything was in good condition. There are two parking lots with ample parking. Our setup was for 100 people but the hall can hold more. White linen was provided by the hall which was great!

I just wanna start off by saying i’m so happy that We decided to use here for our reception/1year anniversary party. Back in January I was having such a hard time finding a venue. Butch was so happy to accommodate us and more than happy to have our party. I’ve known butch for years as he is good friends with my dad and a costumer of ours. I can honestly say from day one when we started to plan this he was on top of things to make sure that our day was perfect. He would call and check in on everything periodically over the last few months. When the day of the party came he allowed us to get in the venue early to set everything up the layout was amazing and everything i could dream of. He had everything that we needed to accommodate the photo booth, dj, food tables, and even a little sweet heart table for my husband and I. All the drinks were ice cold and very good. Our family and friends couldn’t stop saying how nice the venue is and how great everything has went. Our family is a little crazy and Butch and the other bar tender were very nice to all of us and didn’t care how we acted we were able to be ourselves without having to feel embarrassed. I highly recommend considering having a party here. I will definitely be using them again when we decide to have another party. You will not be disappointed and you’ll have a great turnout. Had another great event in the "Champagne Room" at the Polish American Club in Clifton Heights. The Knights of Peter Claver, Saint Barbara Court #326, had a Pre-Mother's Day Jazz Luncheon, on Saturday, May 7th, 2022. They didn't let Covid stop their affair. What a great time! The entertainment, food & bar were great. The Champage Room is a great venue to have an event. It's an attractive, spacious, clean venue with great parking. The Bar is well stocked and Harry the Bartender mixes well, Tony also. Butch, the Manager is always great and accommodating. If you need a place for your event, please check out the "Champagne Room". It's easy to get to from the City and Counties. Don't let Covid stop you from having a good time. My family has had two events at the "Champagne Room" just this year, an 80th Birthday Party & a Baby Shower. Wish we had something else to celebrate. You folks who have canceled events or not planned an event due to Covid, STOP! Covid's going to be around, in some form, forever, just like the Flu. Don't let it stop you from having a good time. Celebrate that Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday, Baby Shower, Retirement or other event and have it at the "Champagne Room". You'll be very happy that you did.
