I am so glad that I gave John a second look. He was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming as he shared his journey to becoming a jeweler. I took my wedding ring to JD3 after finding them on Google. I needed to have my stone put back in after it had fallen out. John looked at it and advised me of what needed to be done. He was so friendly and professional. John repaired my ring in a couple of days, he also did work on my wedding band which needed some repair. My set looked MARVELOUS when I went to pick it up.
