Screamers Costumes Halloween Horror Superstore — Attraction in Clinton Township

Good store with a crappie exchange policy for a store that’s open all year round I don’t see what’s the issue with exchanging a children’s costume for another size your children are not always with you when your shopping so that they can try things on not only that but the size was completely off my son wears a child 5 so if the costume say children Large (4-6) you would assume your child can fit it NOPE it was the size of a Toddler 24 month it went perfectly on my 1 year so you would think the store would have some type of compassion and let you EXCHANGE didn’t want money back just a new size my 4 year old was crying because all the children had a costume and he didn’t because mommy work and didn’t have time to go to a new store to look for one the day of the party. I will never shop there again as it wasn’t my first time I’ve been there multiple times but that there seeing my child extremely upset did something to me and I will make sure anyone I know and anyone they know to NEVER GIVE THEM THEIR HARD EARN MONEY!!! The only thing the lady kept telling was all sales are final..really people costumes aren’t cheap so now I have to find someone to give it to because my child can do nothing with it and I wouldn’t let my daughter it’s to boyish. They really need to consider at least an exchange on at least...

Screamers Costumes is HANDS down the BEST Halloween store around and that I’ve ever been to. From Halloween/Horror Merchandise, Costumes, Masks, Halloween Decor and decorations, collectibles and great customer service. You want it? I’m pretty damn sure they have it. With the addition of the Monsters and Madmen side, this store is a Halloween lovers dream come true. Not to mention, they have the most kind and nice owners you will ever have the pleasure of talking with. The atmosphere in the store is just awesome. Love that they treat their customers so well and are super personable with everyone they meet in their store. They have badass events like Halfway to Halloween, Haunted Hearse Shows, and even Horror icon visits like David Howard Thornton from Terrifier and the shape himself James Jude Courtney from Halloween 2018, Halloween Kills, and Halloween Ends. If you have not been here, it’s truly a must! Make sure to follow them on Tik Tok, Instagram, or Facebook for all events. That’s how I found out about most of these. The store had a nice selection, it was full of customers who seemed to be browsing as we were. We had picked up a few items trying to match up a costume for my daughter, and everytime we looked around a lady was following us and when we looked at her she would just smile awkwardly and nod her head. As we went in the different aisles she was always somewhere nearby. Finally I just stared at her and she says are you guys finding everything ok. I just smiled and said yes. She continued to follow us never saying anything to the other people she passed. We finally got tired of being followed and went to pay for our items she stood by the door which was near the register and watched us out the door. Needless to say I will not recommend that to anyone that I KNOW!! If I could I give the store itself 4 stars and the lovely lady at the register. The creepy I'm gonna follow the only colored people in the store and make sure they leave...
