Honestly, I used to LOVE taking my car here, but after I was talked down to and treated so poorly I will not be returning. During my last oil change they never did a once over inspection like they've always done in the past, an inspection added in the price every time. This left my vehicle to break down out in almost negative degree weather. Thankfully I work with mechanics and they were able to tow me and fix the problem. The problem was a corroded hose right next to the oil filter. When I relayed this, I had to demand for a free oil change or something because they refused to help and told me it was my fault. I'm so disappointed, it took talking to 3 people, and each one was ruder than the next, and I didn't even show rudeness until the 2nd guy I talked to. This only made me feel worse, as I was already emotional being a small girl who broke down on a barely traveled road. A road that I could have easily been taken advantage of on. My concerns to be sure this doesn't happen to anyone else only made the General Manager laugh and talk down to me more, he was the 3rd person I talked to. Telling me I was yelling when I was simply trying to explain the situation. When 4 mechanics tell you this is something that Clinton Auto Group missed in my last oil change there is a problem, and he insisted I wasn't even talking to anyone who knew cars and just wanted free stuff. Who says the next person is an older person breaking down in negative degree weather and dieing from it? This still did not make them change their tune. The corrosion was so bad that it would have taken 6 months to a year to get that bad. They missed it and blamed it on me. How disheartening to know that a company I used to talk so highly about fell to shambles in just a year. I will never recommend this company and will be telling everyone I already...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely Untrustworthy. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for quotes on suspension work on two different occasions. First quote was $3000 and the second was for $6000 plus. The first quote also had 6 seperate items that were not on the second one. When I was trying to clarify the difference in quotes, nobody could give me a straight answer. The next day, The Service Manager called and I asked if he could explain why there was such a big difference not only in price, but how there were items needed fixed on the first but were somehow not an issue by the second quote. He did not want to clarify, he just wanted me to "Pay the $140 diagnostic fee (first time it came up) or I would be banned from any future services." I asked to speak with his boss but nobody has reached out. I paid the fee, the receptionist who took my payment along with tech who did the second quote were very polite, but because I am unable to trust that any future quote has the correct maintenance actions on it, I will not be using their...

When we stopped for fuel in Wausau, we heard popping and grinding in the rear. One hundred sixty miles later we arrived at my son-in-law, jacket up the rear and confirm it was the rear differential. He also said that if we didnāt make it the whole way home, he could arrange for a flatbed tow to their shop. THATāS CUSTOMER SERVICE! We decided to try driving home with it and see how far we can go. We made it to 423 miles to Clinton Auto Group! The Escape was repaired in the less time that other dealers stated they could...
