Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Clinton

Last night (Sept. 22, 2017) at 6:30pm, I ordered a large Italian Sausage, Pepperoni & Onion Pizza for pick up from Pizza Hut. I ordered from the Pizza Hut which is located in the little strip mall across the street from Wal-Mart, due to the fact that it's only a few blocks from my home. The girl that answered the phone and took my order was amazing. She gave information on specials etc., was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job!! She said it would be ready in 25 minutes. So, I arrived at Pizza Hut about 25 minutes later. The pizza was done, it was hot and smelled delicious!! And, again, the young lady that waited on me was so kind and friendly. I got home within a few minutes and immediately started eating. I was extremely disappointed. My pizza barely had any pizza sauce or cheese on it. It also didn't have much pepperoni or onions. I took my fork and scraped the toppings from one slice of pizza to the end of the slice. After doing that, I had enough toppings for 2 good bites of pizza, which is a very large slice of pizza. So, obviously I was extrememly disappointed with the pizza. There's a slight chance that I'll order from this location again. But, if I ever do, I would make sure to mention this experience, with hopes of not having another bad pizza. Anyway, in the end, I gave them 2 out of 5 stars. The new blonde manager makes door dashers wait well after the food is done and sits in the warmer while she yells at teenagers and vapes next to the oven. I pointed out that my order was already finished once and she started screaming at me and was super unprofessional and unpleasant and I heard one of the teenagers in the back tell her she was illegally keeping minors past the time they were allowed to stay and she was screaming at all of her employees. She told me I should be more understanding about them being short staffed but it sounds like she’s the reason everyone quits. And no one is going to order delivery if the food sits in the warmer for 45 minutes instead of getting to the dashers. From my former pizza hut experience I am definitely impressed with this place, I placed my order the second I got out of work and I decided to head out and wait for my pizza in their parking lot so as I was waiting and I thought that maybe some things changed and I was going to go inside to pay for the food but the doors were locked and an employee who was out on a delivery told me that someone will come out to my car in a very nice manner and the second I got in my car another employee came up to me and handed me my food and she greated me with a smile and also very politely apologized to me for having me wait, however I was not upset or frustrated I just wanted to pay for the food first, but my overall experience with this pizza hut was absolutely amazing and I'd come back again and I'd recommend this place to any and every pizza loving person!
