I normally don't write reviews.. I always think their bs .. like the owner of the store/product wrote something themselves or had a family member write 1. So this is all new to me .. long story short.. son came home from college n we thought it was time to retire his twin for a big boy bed .. for weeks I searched around trying to find a decent deal on a new or slightly used bedsit. Weeks went by no luck so we finally faced the facts that it was gonna cost n it would most likely sting. Skip ahead. Found a matching bedset with dressers .. no mattress.. so checked the usual places anyone would n a few unusual places too. Was about to give up n nite the bullet n drop over a g for 1 .. then my bestie told me about this new mattress outlet she found on fb. I figd sure why not I've searched every where else. Now I normally don't like shopping for furniture or trucks because of the pushy salesman makin ya get something u dont want or like n then ur stuck with something u hate. From the moment I walked in .. was treated like family n the kind u like n not the 1s u put up with just cuz their family. The owner/salesman was very knowledgable about what is out there n what he carried in his store n how he believed in the product he carries. Not only was he a super nice n generally a very polite person but even went steps farther to make sure I was happy not only about the price (which is hundreds below everyone else) but even helped me carry them to my truck. Like I said I normally don't write reviews.. but I really had to about this store. Super nice guy n an awesome product which my son is loving btw .. I really hope this store sticks around (cuz most new stores dont becuz of going out of business) becuz I truly will n plain to buy here again .. n I've been telling everyone I know.. need a good mattress on a budget.. My boyfriend and I made a second trip to Factory Direct Mattress and by our surprise Domingo recognized us and greeted us very nicely. We had a few questions and let him know about some of the things we worried about with our new mattress, like pets, spills, stains, or what not. We came to Domingo for tips about protecting our mattress against those kinda of things. As for our first mattress we didn’t know what was best. Domingo answered all of our questions and kindly helped us out by suggesting looking into a mattress protector promised to keep our mattress safe with a affordable price for us! He helped us get the right mattress protector and sheets for our needs! The mattress protector is everything he said it would be and has protected our mattress through pets, stains and spilled drinks. They are very comfortable and helped us out a lot! We love our sheets and mattress protector! We haven’t had a problem yet! We were also very happy with his customer service! He didn’t stop until we found exactly what was right for us! He was very kind, and patient with us(which had to be hard)! He gave us full attention, and not once let us feel unwelcomed. I again highly recommend coming to Factory Direct Mattress and getting yourself a very comfortable affordable mattress protector and sheets.
