First Street North Beach Rentals — Attraction in Cocoa Beach

My wife and I arrived early at the beach, there weren't many people yet. At 08:56 am we recorded our first photograph. At the time, there was only one place where two boys were seen carrying umbrellas and chairs, so we decided to go there. One of them shows us a table with the prices, we asked him if we could pay in cash and we canceled the day pass for $40. About an hour and a half later, the same boy approaches us and tells us to pay him, that he does not remember us, to which we responded with our young Englishman who already did it with 2 $20 bills until we showed them the clothes we were wearing. At that moment, the other boy who works there approaches us and tells us that for the hour it was impossible for us to have paid him and that we should do it again. In view of the fact that the situation became uncomfortable for us and that they could not "remember," we told him: "I'm going to pay you again, but keep in mind that we already did it." They do not deliver any receipt or ticket stating that you have canceled the rental of the umbrella and chairs. Finally, we ended up paying 2 day pass in a single day. We did not have such a great experience with one particular older gentleman during our visit. We came late in the rental window, almost 3pm, the rentals were removed by 4pm, so one VERY nice lady and young man rented the umbrella and chairs to us for a discount rather than the full price. It was my kids very first time to a beach, as we live in the midwest, so they were very happy and excited, until a particularly rude, older gentleman who worked for the umbrella rental place, decided that ruining two kids' day while their parents were in the ocean was a good idea. When I returned to the chairs/umbrellas there was about 25 minutes left in our rental, the nice young man came by and informed me that since we were so late in renting, he would get us last, so that we could enjoy the beach just a little longer, it wasn't even 20 minutes later, literally right after my son told me his experience with the rude older man, that he made his appearance and started pulling the umbrellas up. While our ignorance for the rental was to blame because i confused it with the one my uncle runs, the older woman with blonde hair whom either owns or runs this place was EXTREMELY rude. She approached my family and immediately asked what hotel we were staying at and from there she treated my family like we were beneath her. She was rude to my children about making a sand castle because of sea turtle season while they were literally everywhere and large holes and trenches dug by children from the day before. My kids barely started to even dig. She made it Very clear she wanted us to go back by our hotel and ask for rentals there like we weren't good enough to rent from her. I wouldn't give that woman my last dime. Out of our whole vacation I never met anyone so rude or unprofessional in my life. I would recommend doing business literally...
