Smallest poke bowl on the planet!! I wish I would’ve taken a photo to show but it was such a pathetic tiny wannabe bowl that a photo wasn’t worth taking since I was so bummed about it at the time. I’ve been multiple times to the Indiatlantic location which blows this location out of the water in terms of food, service, and ambiance, and their bowls are huge and epic 💥. No lie, like literally triple the size with way more ingredients. The bowl at this place was like an appetizer versus the Indiatlantic bowls are full on mega entrees.
This was my first visit to this location and I had heard that it was bigger etc so I wanted to check it out, but I was definitely disappointed and won’t be back.
The place was bigger than the other location, but it was dark and dingy and had a funky smell upon entry, whereas the other location is bright and lively. The girls that took my order were super friendly but the girl that brought the food to my table was rude and just threw the food down and walked off like she could honestly care less about me. I overheard her complaining and saying not to put another coworker on the schedule, she seemed like a total drama queen, perhaps the manager’s girlfriend or something since she acted entitled. Btw, the GM seemed cool.
Overall I love the surf vibe and all, but compared to the other location this is a fail. And that pathetic tiny poke bowl they served me was a total fail compared to any other poke bowl place on the planet! I’ll take the other location, Poke Fin, or even Publix lol over this place anyday!
Oh and Ps- tuna is the only real meat they have, everything else is fake meat disguised as a healthy option when in reality they’ll probably conduct a study in 20 years that shows that stuff causes cancer...
Read moreYum Yum and Yummer. We found this spot through other reviews and am so glad we did. The food is fantastic and the spot is super chill so totally perfect for breakfast at the beach! We’d already looked at the menu online because of several food allergies in our family so we all had an idea of what we were getting and also verified with the staff that the items our daughters ordered did not contain nuts. It’s set up where you order, pay, seat yourself, and they find you and bring you your order. There are menus in a basket on the counter in case you don’t have it pulled up on your phone. It was already getting warm outside so we opted to find a table inside. The decor is pretty cool so we walked around to check the space out. There is a little gift shop area and behind it is a ping pong table and places to sit. The other room has a bar area and more tables. We saw people working, other families eating, and locals enjoying breakfast. Now to talk about the food. It’s AMAZING. We ordered 2 açaí bowls both different combinations, 2 different bagels - 1 w/ lox & the other w/ pb, avocado toast that was topped with blueberries, OJ, and coffee. The food is not only presented beautifully but is delicious. The açaí bowls are huge and I needed to pack the bagel up to go because we just couldn’t finish it. I’m still thinking about that breakfast almost a week later and I’m not even a breakfast person, lol. It’s that good. Just look at the photos and let your mouth water or better yet head to cocoa...
Read moreThis place is such a vibe. It’s a cool atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the moment you step in the door. It’s a great place for locals to come daily and for out of town visitors to come visit and see how local life feels in Cocoa Beach. Whether it is your first time or you’ve been there thousands of times you’re always greeted with smiles and the best breakfast foods and sándwiches in town. I don’t drink coffee but everyone tells me their coffee is🔥. If you want a treat, order the tropical bowl (or really anything bc it’s all amazing). While you wait for your food, check out the local artist Bruce (B.Rey) artwork throughout the cafe and store, shop in the little surf shop inside the store, and check out surfboards from local shapers, like Stu Sharpe and Tom Neilson.
After you eat, work off your meal playing a game of ping pong. Yup! That’s right there is a full size ping pong table in there too. Too full to play ping pong, no worries, chill and watch a surf movie on one of the many TVs (don’t worry it’s not blaring loud they are silent and enjoyable to chill and watch). No other cafe in all of cocoa beach, dare I say all of Brevard County, can compare to...
