Leserra’s Nursery — Attraction in Coconut Creek

My 81 year old father went to this business to buy white rocks. When he asked how much shipping was he was told $120. He agreed to the price and purchased his $350 worth of rocks. The delivery driver came in such a small truck that he had to make 3 deliveries. When he was done my father gave him $120 cash and the worker was upset and said it's $120 every delivery totaling $470. He was told to pay for the delivery the next day at the nursery when my father explained he was told a different price after separating over 10 rose bushes and dirt to buy in that moment as well, a rude woman came out and screamed at my elderly parents that they were theives and will not be sold anything and to leave the property. She wouldn't let my father say anything as he tried to explain. They were taking advantage of an elderly couple and were completely rude to customers! They do not deserve anyone's business. Even if there was a misunderstanding you talk it out with your customers you do not yell and kick them out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and if someone you know that is elderly goes there please go with them so they do not take advantage of people like they did...

Leserra’s Nursery is our neighborhood nursery and I love going there on a monthly basis for everything related to our backyard: mulch, grass, flowers, bushes, trees. Always a great and healthy selection with great customer service. BUT what really sets Leserra’s nursery apart for me and makes me love them even more is their dedication to our community. A few months ago I went and asked the owner whether he’s be willing to donate any plants for our elementary school’s beautification project and he was kind enough to fill my entire car with flowers. And Leserra’s continues their generosity by being involved and donating time and materials for additional projects. I've been coming here for many years and have always had a great experience buying quality products. Yesterday I bought 60 pieces of sod while not knowing exactly how much I'll need. Today I came back because I realized I needed an entire pallet in total. I asked the staff if they can credit me the 60 pieces I bought yesterday while selling me an entire pallet and they said no. I restated that they would be removing 60 pieces off a pallet and I would take the remaining. They adamantly said no while stating they can't break up a pallet. This is while they had about 12 full pallets sitting there. It's unfortunate that they will be losing my future business due to their inflexibility in adjusting their practice/pricing. I later voiced my concern to a staff member and they stated "I'm sorry about that and I'll let the owner know". Sounds like a BS response. I feel cheated and am so...
