I've been to the West Palm location several times and was happy to see that they had a location closer to home. Came here on a Sunday afternoon, waiter was prompt and courteous and the food came out quick. That's when our waiter ghosted us. We were under the impression that he was coming back with the missing parts of our order, but it became apparent that he had forgotten us. We could catch fleeting glances of him as he walked around other parts of the restaurant talking on his phone, but he never came back into our area. Finally he did, but when asked about the missing items in our order he flagged down and instructed the guy running salsa and chips to get it for us, then walked away like he couldn't be bothered. Lunch is over, now we are waiting to see him to ask for takeout boxes and the check. The only person making regular trips through our area though was the guy running the salsa and the chips, so we asked him for boxes. After waiting and not seeing our waiter still, we had to ask the salsa and chips guy for our bill, which he got for us. A moment later a waitress came by and took our bill and credit card, and then she also ghosted us. After waiting a long time, the salsa and chips guy came to check on us. After explaining that a waitress took our card and disappeared, the salsa and chips guy came back with it and we were finally able to leave.
Service at all the tables that day were doing things other than taking care of tables. Several servers seems to congregate at the bar area to talk to the bartender. There were other tables with people looking all around that were visibly having issues finding their servers as well. And in a totally unprofessional moment, the bartender was LOUDLY telling a waiter (not ours) that his customer had complained about him because, like our waiter, the customer had issues with the him being totally inattentive to his table, which he was because I saw that table looking around constantly for him. Them bartender then LOUDLY started speaking badly the customer, for the whole restaurant to hear, and praises the waiter as "the best one" they have. Yikes. I felt like I was in a sports bar.
Food was great BTW, and the menu extensive, but the front of house is a terrible mess. Except the salsa and chips guy, he was the only one visibly working other than...
Read moreOrdered a seafood burrito to go, never ate here before. I liked the large portions and that it came with guacamole without a charge. I did not like this fact that burrito was SMOTHERED in cheese and sauce, it was more like an enchilada than a burrito. It was hard to make out where the burrito was in the container because the refried beans were also smothered in the same cheese and sauce, I couldn’t even eat the beans which was a disappointment because I love refried beans. The seafood was over cooked and it appeared to mainly consist of shrimp, barely any fish or scallops.there was also nothing else in the burrito other than the protein and very little sautéed veggies.
I was so turned off by the burrito being smothered in cheese and sauce. I couldn’t even hold it, had to eat it with a fork and knife. Really disappointed by the amount of cheese they put in this dish, it wasn’t edible, they over did the cheese really bad. Didn’t get to eat my beans because there was too much cheese. I couldn’t ask for a new meal because I ordered 10 minutes before closing. I appreciate them taking my order but I don’t think I’ll ever order a burrito here ever again. It was honestly not an enjoyable meal.
Please do not put extra cheese on the food unless someone asks for it. Not everyone likes a ton of cheese on their food and the burrito wasn’t advertised like this in the menu so I was...

“Objectionable odors in ware washing area of the establishment.”
You see any mention of malodorous airs on an inspection, you’ve already failed. Everything else is just making it official and running up the score.
Beans in a freezer, taquitos and peeled onions in a walk-in cooler weren’t covered, not protected from the co-worker who sprays when he speaks or the one who doesn’t cover her nose when she sneezes.
“Can opener blade soiled.”
Salsa verde in the cooler was dated July 29. It should’ve been tossed Aug. 5. This inspection took place Aug. 9.
Of the nine dead roaches, five were inside a filter door on drawers in a cookline unit. Two were inside a “control device” at the three-compartment sink.
The live roaches liked their funky terrain. One was in “the crumb catcher of the front booth in the dining room.” Another was inside a bowl at the ware washing area. Four others scurried about...
