We walked into this puppy store excited and happy to buy a puppy. The owner walked in from the back and a customer approached him to let him know a puppy is eating another ones feces. Then the owner proceeded to say “what you never had a dog before?” And proceeded to talk down to this customer. So my mother and I spoke up and told him that was very rude maybe she didn’t ever have another dog. Then we let it go and proceeded to look at puppies when we asked to see one he said no and he will not sell us a puppy because we gave him attitude. Then we asked for a business card and tried to call the police. The WORST experience I could have went through he was also just as rude to his employees as he did customers. Please do not give this man business. He’s very emotionally unstable and shaking
REPLY TO OWNER: You are completely dodging the point of what we are trying to say. We felt that you were being very rude to a customer and you are avoiding owning up to how you said it and how you made us feel witnessing it because you didn’t say one word in a sentence, “what”. With or without the word “what” you came off really rude and made us super uncomfortable. It was especially how you said it. The fact that you are saying we were continuing to insult you is a complete lie. You took offense to what we felt and said to you and if you want to get specific we did not say we wanted to buy the dog yet that we just wanted to do playtime to see if we were interested and then you said “No I’m not selling a dog to you”. And to leave the store. Then as we asked for your name you wanted to call the cops when we were not being the least bit aggressive and you grabbed my mothers arm. Under no circumstance should you grab someone. And no she was not harming a puppy so you can go ahead and take that excuse off the list. The fact that you aren’t trying to fix the problem and continue to defend yourself and not take any ownership of anything you did is not professional whatsoever. She showed 0 signs of physical aggression and we were so upset on how you were acting we walked out of there thinking we were on “WWYD?”. We saw multiple reviews on your behavior as well so we didn’t feel alone. Yelp, google reviews etc. More than half your replies are you defending yourself and not having the least bit of good...
Read moreWe purchased a Mini Aussie from them in October of 2017. They provide a free vet visit with every puppy purchase, so that you may check to see if your puppy is in good health. I went to their vet, and then to my own a few days later. Both vets informed me that the puppy was in perfect health and was well adjusted emotionally. Our dog has never had any health issues, and has a fantastic disposition. Just an overall wonderful dog. I have never purchased a dog from a pet store before, I have always rescued from shelters, etc. I just happened to go into their store, and fell in love with this beautiful little female Aussie. I will say that their puppies are a little pricey. That being said, you get what you pay for. Puppies are expensive to take care of, with shots, vet care, transportation, food, etc. The store is in business to make money, and good vet care costs money. I also observed the owner (without him knowing) showing true love, care, and attention to the puppies he was selling. He even called us several times, after we brought our puppy home, to check and see that she was eating, sleeping, and doing well. He wanted to make sure she was thriving and getting the care she needed. It was very refreshing to see that they truly care about the dogs that they are selling. The only negative I have, about buying a puppy from them, is that I feel they should provide some products included with your puppy purchase (like a full size bag of dry puppy food, and a toy, blanket, puppy kit, etc). I was only given one small can of wet puppy food, and that was it. They sell a very unique brand of dog food in their store. So, if they provided a free full size bag, most likely customers would return to buy more food from them. Anyway, I would not hesitate to purchase a puppy from them if they keep up the good work that they are doing presently. Please research any breed of puppy you are going to purchase/adopt, to see if that particular breed is a match for yourself and your family/situation. Remember buying/adopting a puppy is up to an 18yr commitment. It really isn’t any different than having a child. Thanks Puppy Plus for providing my family with a wonderful, healthy...
Read moreI paid thousands of dollars for a dog that came from a puppy mill and has had endless health issues for the last 3 weeks. Got a mini golden doodle with the intention of having the puppy trained to be a psychological service pet for my special needs child who is also undergoing treatment for a tumor in her face. This experience has caused my family more anxiety, sadness and fear than joy. In response to the owner, Your comment is exactly why I have not responded to your call. I was genuinely terrified to speak to you because of how you respond to negative comments online. YOUR vet treated the dog for kennel cough AND Giardia (which it did not have) as confirmed by TWO different vets after two weeks of using yours. You have no idea how the puppy is recovering because we are under the care of another vet. However, the last time I spoke to your vet over the phone the puppy was not doing well or recovering and I declined bringing the dog in and said I would be taking her somewhere else. The vet said, “let me know how things go.” Having a special needs child does not mean I don’t have time for or am unable to care for a puppy. You have no idea who I am and what I am capable of to be speaking on my life and my character. Also, when they payment wasn’t going through with my card I joking said, “maybe this is a sign I shouldn’t be getting the puppy”. You are a SICK person to say what you’ve said to me and more than anything it is a reflection of your character and how you...
