Although the facility was clean and the food was excellent, staff here were not well trained nor well prepared for anything closely resembling a full house. Thousands of ticket holding fans were stranded outside the gates for NO reason other than they were continuously told to “back up!” by security. MD State Police stood by and shrugged, then finally got involved. Looks like a manager should go to a Penn State game with over 110,000 in attendance to see how it’s done.
Once inside, section markings were extremely difficult to find or see, with no staff to guide you. Row markings weren’t well displayed or easily seen. Restrooms were sufficient.
My ticket was in section 17 row L - however I was pleasantly surprised at the great view you could have in the upper deck.
It also appeared that the field itself needed work as a number of players slipped and fell on the rubber crumb field-turf.

Read moreSooooo I get to the entrance after a 15 minute walk there, only to be told I cannot bring in my selfie stick to take pictures of my family with. Why? No idea, they’re just not allowed. I had to throw it away. Other things that I saw once I was inside that definitely shouldn’t be allowed inside if even a simple piece of phone equipment isn’t allowed? A personal fan, AN OPAQUE DRAWSTRING BAG WHICH IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, professional photography equipment carried by NON PRESS people, plenty of giant seat cushions that could hide plenty more dangerous things than a stupid selfie stick, binoculars, SMOKE BOMBS, flags on poles CARRIED BY FANS. Buuuuut thank God I didn’t get a selfie stick in there, someone could have gotten hurt. I’m rolling my eyes so hard they’ve almost popped out of my head. Hate this place, never coming again. Keeping my concession and ticket money for something...
Read moreFinding a parking spot was horrible! Almost all the spaces available were for special permit holders. Plus, they have complicated parking policy. They said some of the spaces are free after 4pm but there are actually a lot of spots within the designated "free parking" area that are paid parking and guess what, if you don't know which ones, you will end up getting a ticket. I wonder why they rent the stadium for big events such as the annual Ethiopian festival where thousands of people were expected to come without arranging parking spaces. Folks, stay away from these people or join me getting parking ticket each day...
