I ordered a Caramel Coffee, the only Caramel drink on the menu. The cashier misunderstood my order. It was house Grand and she just added syrup("caramel"). When I pointed out this mistake, she said that I would have to pay the difference for a drink that was her mistake. I then requested to talk to a manager- explaining it was her mistake. The result was that I would still have to pay difference! It should have have been excused since it was their misunderstanding. This is bad business and confusing, if there is a different Caramel drink they should post it on the menu. The Manager said the extra syrup is 40 cents. Coffee is $2.45.
