Skate Towne — Attraction in College Park

First off I wanna say immediately upon pulling up to the place I just knew this was not it maybe I jinxed it I tend to do that But i continue because I was with someone not from here. Building was a no, being checked was a no. And the lady at the glass was an ugly word. Please tell me how do you try to communicate with pple through a glass like the glass was clean enough to read lips through… because we could not hear a word…she used the loud speaker or whatever once and that went in and out…so whatever okay so I ask her what’s the total and she then responds by pointing at a poster with prices on it…and I ask again what’s the total??? She points…so I guess the lady wants me to do her job for her…I do the math I send the payment with a very friendly gesture attached to it… she makes a face I guess to me and lets us in… I guess she gets pissed thinking about it and sends some lady while we are at the skate counter to send us back and get our money to leave…I’m like do you know what the woman even did…she responds she’s the owner…ohhh ya owner treating pple in this manner is even worse…I should of sent 2 of the ugly gestures instead of one…I gladly left and went to another rink and we enjoyed ourselves Dj was on point building on point…most importantly customer service was A1(Stone Mountain skates)… um I just would never return here even though she put me out lol the entry was a one time thing…thank you for doing me a favor. I haven't been to this skating ring since I was a child... It's was one of the worst experience my family ever had. Just because it's in the hood don't mean y'all have to carry on like that. What did y'all do with the PPP money... First off u say I cant train my son skating by walking and holding his hand. I don't see y not considering the training wheels things all tore up. Like y this is a family establishment. 🤦 Next they make u pay with cash are cash app... Very disturbing. No pizza to feed my family then the lady yelled at us cuz she thought we had outside drinks and we brought the lil thing from y'all. She fussed about walking in and out but clearly there's not a sign saying check in and out if u have to run outside. Normal ppl would give someone a stamp are something showing they been in here. Then y'all fuss about holding on to the wall when clearly it's only one wall to establish some kind of balance are save a fall. Pathetic place I came to and spent $75 and left hungry. Clearly u can see where they PPP money went. It's not kids friendly are even play kids songs and the lights are blowed out in certain spots. But they did provide decent skates...

Okay let’s clear all these scary reviews up lol ! It’s a very clean skating rink they do have nice skates the place is well lite with great music and the DJ keep us going! They did order pizza from Little Caesars which I mean they don’t have a kitchen so they don’t have any food,they have two drink machines that I’m sure they own. The 4 starts come from the rude service, I mean I get it they all family most of the kids working there related. Yet it is still a business the kids working there don’t wanna work not there or anywhere lol the owners daughter the dark skin pretty girl with the big pretty eyes with all those amazing qualities babygirl got a BAD BAD attitude! The only one that was nice in the whole place was the young girl making the icy’s she was so sweet she let me pay $10.00 for a pitcher or Fossett water with ice and 10 plastic spoons. 👍🏾welp we will be back because heck it’s the only skating rink near us, another good thing is we only paid $170.00 for the party space with 10 free children 3 whole pizzas and a pitcher of fruit punch and...
