Luxe Spa Beauty Bar — Local services in College Park

I’m giving 4 stars because this is a black owned business but in reality this is one of the worst Brazilians I have ever received. Unfortunately I purchased a 2 package Brazilian and didn’t want my money to go to waste so I scheduled my next appointment. I received a text early before my appointment telling me to reschedule with no dates or link to let me know when she’s available. I tried to respond and my message wouldn’t deliver. This is very frustrating as the lady was very nice and her salon was clean and beautiful. However the way she applied the wax on my vaginal area was against my hair growth so it was just a painful painful process with a lottttt of ingrowns. I normally go to a black owned business for my waxes but her prices have went up and I was trying to be cheap but I will just go back because I have never had a painful experience or experienced so many ingrowns and that is worth paying for....

From start to finish my experience here was awesome!!! The spa is clean and very well maintained. My esthetician gave me a diagnosis for my skin and explain to me what needed to be done to reach my goals. During the facial she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had great customer service skills. My facial help me unwined and I was extremely relaxed. I noticed that I didn't have any more blackheads!!! My skin was brighter and tighter!!! I got my prescription to maintain my results. I will be coming here once or twice a month to maintain and keep up on my skin. As long as there is a luxe spa beauty bar I will be always be...
