If you know better please stay away from this location. The manager is pretty much incompetent and will sell you something she knows absolutely nothing about but will lead you to believe she does. If you come in there with maybe 2 or 3 people ahead of you, expect to still wait close to 20 minutes for service. They’re that slow and talk to the customer about everything especially trying to sell them something else. Meanwhile the line starts piling up. They honestly need to shut this location down, the GameStop down the road in Folsom is more suitable and easier to deal with. I don’t think I can ever set foot in that location ever again after how I was treated by GameStop and truly because of it and that manager I’ll probably only deal with GameStop when I have to due to my systems warranty with them but other than that I’ve been giving my gaming business to Walmart and online stores. He had just the game I needed, offered a VERY reasonably priced insurance with wonderful benefits. I purchased the insurance, not my usual move, but it was actually worth it. Unbeknownst to me my son has an account at this very location. Kevin asked me if I had an account. "No." I then said, " Maybe my son does." Sure enough, when he checked, there was indeed an account. I was answered by a guy who was talking very quietly on the phone and told him my name and the game I was checking on. He tells me to hold on to check and leaves me on hold for 10 minutes. I stopped by the store and walked in while still on hold. The guy never bothered to even check or look at the phone he set down. I hung up, and when it was my turn in line, I canceled my preorder, which took him several minutes to do. He had to call his boss to figure it out.
