Do NOT shop here. I bought a stackable washer and dryer from here back in September 2024, was assured it was brand new and given a year warranty. About a month ago my washer decided to stop working, was showing E54, control board. I reached out to Chris as I said, I have a YEAR warranty. I reached out on February 11 was told 24 hours and the repair people would contact me, reached out on February 13 as I never heard anything back. Chris never got back to me until February 17. I never heard from the technician until February 18, and they never came to look at the washer until February 20. I then had to wait THREE WEEKS for the repair guy to come back and put the new control board in which was Friday March 14. By Friday when I returned home, it was never fixed. The washer was flashing a new error code; I immediately contacted Chris and the technician Mark to make them aware the washer in fact was NOT fixed. Chris assured me a new one would be delivered to me Tuesday, March 18, that his delivery people ONLY come on Tuesday and Friday, I called him YESTERDAY March 17 to confirm that they would in fact be coming and he assured me again that yes they were delivering. Possibly after five but it would be here. When I never got a text, I decided to reach out. Only to receive a call telling me that I never told him the washer still wasn’t working; that the technician never told him the washer was not working so unfortunately he could not deliver the new one today AGAIN. I would never buy another thing from this man, affordable or not. Offering to pay me $100 to compensate for his unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility was the last straw. Read moreArrived at the store Friday night ordered a Kenmore Refrigerator and asked for it to be delivered on Monday he said he was back up Monday and will give me a call Monday to see where things are maybe delivered Tuesday, Monday came no call so I call them myself. Talk to someone whom wasn't there during purchase. I told him when I came in and was supposed to get a phone call I didn't so I'm calling for an update. This man tells me oh he told you Friday! Like next Friday so I'm waiting a whole week for a delivery thats 7 driving blocks seriously. I told him no he never told me Friday because I would have ordered it some where else if it took this long he said ok I'll have him call you.....never called so I called them back the next day a lady picks up and I'm not about to type all what was said because I think I confused her a bit but she told me she would have the guy call me back.....again never happened so now its Wednesday and I still don't have the Refrigerator still no phone call and the sad thing is I need a Dyer too and was going to use this place but nope. Its the customer service if you say your going to do something do it I shouldn't have to get a ran around about an update. I don't think i would be this upset of they were straight forward. Read moreAt this point I am fed up! When the fridge was first delivered I opened it and there was a live roach inside and a few dead ones! I never even mentioned this and just cleaned it really good inside and out with bleach. Fine. Then ice maker was not working at all. Was missing the arm. Called store and was told it was working fine when it was there and they would send someone out. Took 2 weeks of phone tag to coordinate that. Then ice maker was replaced. ALSO..... When tech was here motor in back of freezer was so loud could hear it upstairs! Had frost buildup in back of freezer and he used a heat gun to defrost it. Then it happened again and again. I turned coolness down and it got a little better but still way too loud. Now I get home from a long day at work and the fridge is warm. Not cold at all. Food is going to go bad! Left a message and waiting for a call back. I understand it's a fixed and resold appliance but at least make sure it is actually fixed before reselling it.
