I recently lost my key to my Chevy Impala during a hike on vacation. I was anxious to hire a locksmith after hearing some of the horror stories of "SCAMsmiths" grossly overcharging their costumers. I called Haddon Lock and to my surprise was greeted by a very friendly and helpful woman. She gave me a precise quote and said that they would even help me after hours if necessary. They never made me aware that I had called the wrong location, but took my order and a deposit over the phone. I went to their location. They did not have the personal available to program the modular key to my vehicle that was ordered. I requested a refund and they keep 30% of my deposit as a "restocking fee."
