Oh boy where to begin! We have done a handful of escape rooms in the Springs and while they are fun and challenging in their own unique way, the experience at Aha! is different. And when I mean different, I mean you are completely immersed and transported into these rooms the moment you step into the room! From the decor to the puzzles to the sounds and music, you genuinely feel like you are THERE! The game masters have been amazing, I felt challenged but not so much that I’m completely lost and when the game is over I get sad because it was such a joyful experience that I cannot wait to do it again! We didn’t struggle with locks or stand around and feel stumped, the flow works great, the clues make sense and these rooms in my opinion are the best we have done in town. My only small disappointment (and it really is me just being a crybaby for a moment) is I’m so bummed you need 3 players for the ripper room as my husband and i normally do escape rooms together and we can’t bring our little one. But we will hopefully find a sitter soon and find our 3rd player to bring along. We have done 2 out of the 4 rooms and we CANNOT WAIT to come back and complete the other 4! And for those parents wondering if their kiddos aged 7-10 would enjoy shipwrecked and the blind tiger, the answer is yes! Our kiddo loved his experience! Thank you for making such a fun and memorable...

This place is a fantastic family adventure! We are not new to escape rooms and have to admit It was very well executed! The customer service from the staff was very professional, friendly, and Justin did an amazing job acting! I highly recommend this place for family bonding and fun - even my 7 year old nephew enjoyed it. Our only feedback is we recommend making the experience even more realistic by making more candy available especially when solving each puzzle by rewarding with more chocolate (not just at the end), it makes it that much more fun and rewarding! Also, the audio was very low and we struggled to hear the audio and highly recommend increasing the volume. Lastly, put a sign on the Wonka (air freshener) above the door since we in error thought it was part of the game and ended up making a mess and spilling the oil all over (oops… we are so sorry). But we left smelling like the chocolate factory the whole day. Above all else we loved every bit of the experience and would do it again m when we are in the area! From San Antonio and Los Alamos New...

My 11 year old son and I decided to try out escape rooms for the first time ever. We were super excited about trying out the "Chocolate Factory room". We got there and as soon as we walked in I was told to fill in a waiver for my son. While I was reading the waiver the woman at the entrance decided to explain all the rules to my son. I was busy reading and signing the form, so I didn't really hear any of the explanations. I turned to my son and jokingly said that I hope he got all that. The room itself was beautifully done and looked very exciting. Although, we both felt that the staff were not attentive or helpful. There were several times that we raised our hands to get a clue.... but, nobody answered... so, my son and I just looked at each other and shrug our shoulders.... It's a real shame... I think that this could have been a really fun experience if the instructors were more engaged. To top it all off.... the instructor came into the room at the very end and she took our photo... she said it would be sent to my email... but we...

My family and I played Jack the Ripper a couple of weeks ago and had such a blast! The puzzles were very creative and fun to work through. Challenging but not crazy hard. Each person in our group of 5 had something to do. I feel like 5 people would be the perfect group number for this room. The decorations were so spot on and made you feel like you were really there. There was one spot in the game where my pregnant sister could not participate, but Dawn and Ken were very good at letting us know when that would be and my sister had a good laugh at our reaction to what happened to us. I definitely 10/10 recommend trying Aha Escapes out. The owners are amazing people who really care about the customer experience. Will for sure be coming back to try out the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory room and any other ones they come out with! :)

We recently celebrated my granddaughter’s birthday at Aha! Escape Rooms with two of her friends, and it was a fantastic experience! They chose the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory escape room and had an absolute blast solving the mysteries. The puzzles were engaging, and the activities kept them entertained throughout. A special thank you to Karla, who was a great assistant, providing just the right amount of helpful clues to keep the girls on track without giving too much away. Thanks to her support, they were able to successfully solve the room, escaped and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend Aha! Escape Rooms for a fun and interactive adventure—perfect for birthdays, anytime and special occasions!

We had a good time in the chocolate factory. Most of our group had never done an escape room before and they had a blast working together trying to figure out the clues. It was nicely set up and the theme kept throughout. Not like the majority of escape rooms I have been to. This one was a step by step process so that everyone was working on the same clue at the same time. Sone of the steps required teamwork to complete so this could be a good team building exercise for people getting to know each other. Work together, or you're not getting out. Annie B was our guide and prompted us a few times in the right direction.
