Humble Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

First time trying Humble Coffee. It’s been highly rated by many so I thought it was time to try it myself. I went through the drive through. Only took a few minutes to make my coffee. I ordered a medium Matrix (white chocolate latte with white espresso) for $7.03. Overall it was a good experience. The girls working inside were nice. The coffee itself is incredibly smooth, which I think is why many people are rating it so well. It’s not overly sugary either which is a plus. The only reason I have it a four star is because I don’t think it’s memorable. Theirs nothing “unique” that pops out in the coffee itself that screams, yes… this is Humble coffee. Starbucks has its unique taste and so does Dutch Bros. This coffee is just smooth like I’ve tasted at Ziggis, Scooters, and Loyal. I do recommend this coffee place. It’s still really good coffee. Just missing the unique twist to it. I’ll have to try a different coffee next...

Humble coffee is a great little, "the best of my knowledge", independent local coffee kiosk on Templeton Gap. The workers are always friendly, upbeat, happy, always willing to help you make your decision, and I am slow to making my decisions on the many types of coffee and or tea that they have. As with all special tea coffee places Starbucks, Dutch Brothers, it's a little bit more expensive for my taste in my budget on Social Security Disability. Drive thru coffee worthy of a special trip. Tried the cold brew with light maple flavoring and it’s one of the most memorable coffees of my 2023. My wife had the Hygge and instantly felt a sense of Scandinavian calm.

Equipped with the classics and an array of specialty drinks, you’ll find something to love. Big Coffee Shops, like Dutch Brothers and Starbucks, try to impress with the sheer number of options, but the calculated seasonal menu here is better than anything those chains can put out.
