Van Diest Park — Attraction in Colorado Springs

We love going lots to do for young kiddos unlike most parks that aren't very accommodating to younger kiddos and dont have equiptment for young kids this park does. Its also quiet for the most part and very clean conpared to other parks. I only go during day not at night. Its on a corner to a very busy street so supervision is very much needed if you go. It's a nice park, clean and the woodchips were in a good condition. Only thing is school got out and a kid (maybe about 14?) Was selling hits on his vape pen for 6 to 8 bucks. 2 kids paid him. They did that in the little tube. Pretty respectful and didnt bother or show my kids at least. Once they ran out of money all 3 left. I like that this park is very open. Not too fond of it being right on the corner of a busy street even with the speed limit being 30mph.
