Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Regarding drinks and speed/quality of service, everything has been amazing here. I haven’t had a single negative interaction here, which brings me to my main point:

The people. Everyone here has not only been kind, but they’ve been extremely engaging in conversation as well. They make an effort to remember your name and small details about you and treat you as a person instead of just a customer. Olivia, Sophia, Natalie, Caitlin, (sorry if I misspelled the names) are just some of the AMAZING employees here that keep me coming back. Zoly, especially! This individual will still do her best to brighten the days of others, even when running on empty.

I LOVE Dutch Bros. Not this one. The one on Murray and Platte has been my home store for years. I recently moved and this became my closest store. I have decided to just drive the 2 miles back to Platte. I'm consistently disappointed in my experience at the one on Academy. Like I know you guys are one of the newer locations, but it really seems like they skimped on training here. Almost every time I go through this line, I get skipped multiple times. On top of that, not only have I seen people leave the line, I've had to do it myself. Simply because the staff were taking SO long to make a drink. Hopefully a manager sees this and will put some energy and resources into this location. Disappointed...

45min wait for 2 drinks! One was wrong and didn’t even want to take the time to let them know because we already waited so long. I asked for the GM name and the girl at the window said “I really don’t know, trust I know the line is long” as she proceeded with the normal Dutch questions… any Memorial Day plans?! Poor customer service, she didn’t care at all. She also mentioned they saw the line it keeps getting longer but they still closed the pit aka other bar at 7pm.
