Leon Young Park — Attraction in Colorado Springs

Very nice and maintained grounds. If you go here with pets, please take an effort to clean up after them. Because there were groundskeepers at work to keep it nice and maintained. Lots of trash bins around too.

I thought this was just a park. It has several baseball fields, and a small playground with dirt and gravel. No restrooms here...

We live right down the street and come here frequently. This is one of the few parks that still has a merry go round and my kids love it. Unfortunately, the area is usually trashed to some degree, but at least I've never seen anything in the sand...

Very nice park kept very clean. Walkways are all very nice. Plenty of place to put trash. Also wasn't too crowded on a Wednesday at all! In fact I've been in this area a long time and not known this...
