I took the Beginners Stained glass class with Donna Darcy and it was fantastic! I was nervous about taking a class and committing to the 6 weeks but it was really fun and a great way to spend Friday evenings. Donna is a fantastic teacher - she broke down the steps, answered any questions you may have, kept things fun and light and really helps you learn the craft. The studio space is really nicely organized and taken care of and I felt like you definitely get your money's worth in materials/studio time/instruction. I hope I can take another class or go to open studio time sometime soon.

I've been to the glass studio classes and have been enjoying the projects, which help build the skills needed to tackle these hobbies on your own. Projects tend to be seasonal, when a holiday of some sort falls in the near future. By end of class you walk away with an item suitable to display. There is a small display shop on the first floor of the Art Center where some artists sell their work, and on the lower level are the studios, and classes. I am looking forward to more workshops!

Come experience the art with all your senses. Truly for ALL ages from babes in arms to strolling with a cane (wheelchair friendly).
