The best thing about BurgerFi was that each table had its own napkin dispenser. Seriously, that was the best thing. Otherwise, it’s a Five Guys wannabe that falls short in every aspect. However, it was $1.40 cheaper than an equivalent Five Guys experience, so there’s that.
The aesthetic of the restaurant is notably different from most Five Guys locations. They have flat screens showing sports in the dining area and flat screens displaying their menu. The dining room is large and airy, with two Freestyle machines and bad pop music playing. Three notable menu differences from Five Guys are that BurgerFi offers chicken sandwiches, onion rings, and custom toppings for fries.
I ordered their ‘Ultimate’ Bacon Cheeseburger, their fries with Cajun seasoning, and a drink. When I went to pay, the card reader was unreadable due to scratches and glare from the front window. The employee mumbled something while I was trying to pay, but I couldn’t understand. Frustrated, he angrily pounded some buttons on the reader to continue the transaction.
The food was not great. The burger looked kind of sad, and the fries were overcooked. It was interesting to note that the Cajun seasoning was the same as Five Guys’, which is just McCormick’s Cajun Seasoning. The burger wasn’t bad, but the bacon was tough.
Overall, I could have done without coming here. To be honest, the only reason I tried it was because every time I went to Cava, Google would then ask me, ‘How was BurgerFi?’ Now I know. I won’t be back. I’ll go to Five Guys for better-tasting...

When I arrived there were 4 customers in the restaurant... 2 trash cans overflowing, the guys bathroom was disgusting(even with a combination code to use it), one of two coke machine was out of order, other patrons left crumbs and fries scattered across the floor, chairs and tabletops that weren't being cleaned up. The condiment station was out of lids, plastic forks and the ketchup was really low.
Now into the food... I'm actually disappointed with the food after seeing all the delicious pictures on Google. $50 seemed a bit over priced for 2 -steak and shake style burger meals that were terrible examples of "wagyu" beef! Not to mention the onion rings were under cooked and for the size of the rings, there was too much moisture left in the ring and after frying it, the onion made the batter soggy! My friend was disappointed with the fries, he says the onion ring were better but not by much.
I feel bad for the girl 1 who was working the register when I came in because it seemed like she was the only one running the front, taking out the trash on her slow time, then mopping the floor where the trash juice dribbled.
There was another girl but she only came out when there was a line and stood near girl 1 to look busy! However girl 2 had plenty of extra time to have a conversation with this other person in...

The one I went to includes craft beer options, some local.
Prices are fair for what you get.
The fries were good.
These are things I use for gauging burgers. Is the price worth the better experience? Is the food better? Yes, these are easy though.
What's the next step for a burger place then?
Quality of the Burger.
The meat patty is good, similar to Those Guys. It's crumbly but firm. It tastes like it's fresh. It's got the right amount of grease and taste without being too greasy.
We see you grill people.
It's an odd mix of smash burgers consistency with the flavor of those guys.
I'm boring, I purchased a double cheeseburger with just ketchup, American cheese and fresh cut jalapeños. I like to dip the burger in ketchup on the top half, mustard on the bottom. I put alot of black pepper on my burger as well. The quality of the burger with night all the extras is what I enjoy the most about this burger.
They also toast the bun, which is just going the extra mile for this place.
Fries were good, very close to those guys on quality those guys.
If you're unsure of what to eat and what a good burger without all the sloppy extras then check...
