Honestly if I could give more stars I would! I went to another computer parts sales place in Irmo (no names required) and was ripped off so bad and had a horrible experience there, after searching the web I found Silicone Solutions. The warm welcome and personable attitudes of all the employees there awe struck me! They listened to my plight, were very empathetic and helped me in every way possible so I could build my new gaming rig! I didn’t spend a fortune and they have or can get every thing I need for building a computer from the ground up! Including a few accessories I don’t need but I want to bling this baby up!

These guys have honestly gained a customer for life from me and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any computer needs!

A++!!! I cannot say enough good things about Silicon Solution. Every single person I met was friendly and knowledgeable. I am a small business owner and run two businesses off of the same computer. One night it shut down on its own and would not restart. As you can imagine, I panicked that my files might be lost. My entire life is on that computer! Silicon Solution reassured me that everything was safe and they took care of all of my computer problems. They got my old computer up and running and they refurbished a second computer for me with more memory and transferred all of my data. I would have given no stars if allowed. I purchased a motherboard, brought it home opened the box and saw that the packaging in fact was not that of a brand new motherboard, we plugged it up and it doesn't work. When I took back it get a replacement or a refund the guy in charge was aggressive, Making excuses that we had to have done something to the part. Well, after a bit of talking he called another man over and told him to hook it up to see if we were telling the truth. Low and behold, it didn't work. So he reluctantly replaced with a cheaper motherboard and gave us 13$ back. Not even two months later this motherboard stopped working as well. In my experience I will not do business with this...
