We have relied on John a couple of times now. He completely fixed our Wi-Fi system. He replaced our old router and modem with something so much better. Then he organized all the stuff for our Wi-Fi system behind our TV. Everything was mounted on the wall and it looks so neat and tidy.

Then, I needed a new laptop. Replacing a laptop is something we dread. It takes forever for us to look around and then to get everything up and running on the new laptop. In the midst of solving my CAC reader issue, John also shared several tips about how to avoid other problems on my computer. He even ran a quick scan to see if I had any viral activity and explained what to do to avoid further problems.
