Honestly, I don’t even want to write this review, but I feel like people need to know. She had reached out to me on Facebook and was super nice and super responsive offered great customer service. I thought I saw a couple good reviews so I chose to go with her.
But things just kept getting worse. The first time I go to pick up, my car doesn’t even turn on after I paid $900 I was like whatever it’s fine. I’m patient I get it. Things happen. Had to get it jumped to bring it back to the shop a second time. They looked at it again, said it needed a new battery which sucked, but it made sense to fix the problem.
I could’ve just let it go, but when I go to pick my car up the second time All I did was drive home just to notice my entire bumper is busted with yellow marks and then for her to blame the tow truck driver and no solution.
I’m a new mom with a baby so having a reliable car is very important. Within two days of driving my car, the noise they said from the wheel bearing just kept getting louder to the point where my Car was shaking and would barely drive. After I had paid $1100.
I took it to two mechanics And they both said the same thing that the fuse box was installed wrong, there were multiple codes still left, and the caliper bolts were loose on my Car causing it to shake. It was not the wheel bearing. I reached out and this was her response. I had to pay another $500 to fix something that should’ve been fixed in the first place.
I’ve ran my own business so I get it shit happens. I don’t come from a place of anger just disappointment in the facts of what occurred during the last month. And nothing was done to make it right.
As much as I should take her to small claims court I don’t even think it’s worth the headache dealing...
Read moreI got a total engine replacement done by this shop covered under warranty which was a blessing turned into a nightmare. 3 days after getting it back, after over 2 months of waiting for my vehicle, it sprung a massive oil leak. A4U towed my car, "fixed it" for a week or 2, and then had me come get it. The engine light was STILL on and it was STILL leaking massive amounts of oil. I told them this to which Andrea became defensive claiming she had recordings of them doing everything right (never provided) and began gaslighting me telling me I was anxious and paranoid. To this day, my car is leaking about 1-2 quarts EVERY DAY in oil and Andrea refuses to respond or take any sort of accountability. I have now been told the timing cover is flooded and now this has become a $1200+ repair and ANOTHER possible engine replacement because of her shop refusing to do things right by me. They also almost got me in trouble with my insurance because they put my odometer reading in thousands of miles lower than it actually was. When insurance requested documents of the work they did, they were very unhappy that the mileage was recorded incorrectly by several thousand miles. At this point, I am filing with the BBB in hopes to actually get this resolved properly before my car explodes from their negligence since they can't be bothered to respond maturely let alone at all. Avoid this shop for repairs at all costs- it might just cost you your independence and your whole vehicle. I hope A4U is proud of themselves for scamming a disabled person and...
Read moreGot an overpriced truck from here... She talked a lot about her family and I lost my brother in 2017, so it felt good to listen. Was upset with the overpriced truck but, then reach out to get my car fixed. Was charged $400 for an outer and inner tire rod, plus a control arm BOLT. I was told it would still shake because the back tire needed to be replaced. I drove on it for a few days, took it to a shop in Worthington for an alignment and was told they couldn't for safety reasons with THE BOLT MISSING THAT I PAID FOR AND WAITED AN EXTRA DAY TO GET BACK. I noticed her on Friday 12/09 about the bolt missing, I couldn't just drop it off and wait so I asked for Monday, she said k. Well, Monday, the part still wasn't ordered. So, Wednesday this week, I ordered the part for $24.40 from Honda services in Westerville, which they also told me it would cost $149 to install. I got a call the next day from Honda services saying the part was in. So, I paid $400 from this place for what?? And, it's now Saturday with no call... AVOID...
