My husband and I went to Red Brick once a week for a year and a half. Service was typically pretty good but there were always problems. Nothing though to keep us away. Unfortunately, that changed with the new management. These men are absolutely terrible and treat their customers horribly. While George wasn't the friendliest, he certainly was never rude. We stopped going in November (its now Feb). We are wine drinkers and they never had wine in stock. Always telling us they are working on it. The bartenders didn't know the difference between red wine and port wine. Last night we decided to try again, maybe their issues got worked out. They didn't. They were out of full bottles of white wine. The refrigerator wasn't working so it was warm (normal issue that's never fixed). They did have red wine so we switched to that. I ordered a Greek gyro with the sauce on the side. The manager brought it to me with sauce on it. I asked him to remake it because of the sauce. He said I was wrong, took the gyro and came back with the same gyro with a side of sauce. We had to track down our waitress who got it fixed. Not sure why the manager thought I lying and never apologized for being a rude, jerk. I suggest the managers stick to sitting at the bar drinking, taking up seats customers could be using and playing with their friends because they have terrible customer service skills and don't know how to manage and maintain this place. They should hire people that can.

My advise if you are looking for a good place in the area is go to Valters. Terrific customer...

Was in there with family yesterday night. All was fine until we noticed that people who came in after us was getting their food before us. It's not like we ordered a well-done steak or anything. Waited longer than what should be appropriate for what we ordered (imo). In our party, we had ordered appetizers along with the main courses, but the appetizers didn't come out until the food did. Only when we spoke to management did we start to get actual service. And waited longer still just for a salad dressing that (for some reason) didn't come out with the salad. The cheeseburgers of the people who sat next to us looked great! But the one we got? - Not so much. But we said nothing and decided to just eat it, because we certainly weren't going to have it sent back and be re-made. Why not, you ask? Because we'd have to wait even longer. It's super loud inside, also. It's not the music either, it's just the voices of everyone inside. It's very cramped, too. You're basically almost sitting with people who are not in your party. I knew Red Brick way back when it was still called "The Red Brick Inn", and just my opinion here, but something happened after your little ABC6 spot, and it wasn't for the better. Also, if you know you're going to be that busy but you're that short-staffed, why not hire more help? We drove clear from Reynoldsburg for a nostalgic night in the village where I grew up, but I don't see myself going out of my way for Red Brick anytime in the...

Pepperoni pizza 12/16/24 UPDATE

Unfortunately, the pizza failed to impress. The crust was extremely thin and crunchy. It lacked appeal even the following day. Excessive grease was a major drawback, and the overall quality differed significantly from our previous experience approximately a year ago. I may consider returning to sample other menu items, only with tempered expectations.

This is a small, well taken care of establishment. With an awesome comic themed embellished wall and well thought out decor. The pizza was phenomenal but we did technically wait 35-40 mins for 1 pizza. We had ordered everything upfront from 1 appetizer, 1 large pizza, and 2 mixed alcoholic drinks. After 25 mins we only received our onion ring appetizer. We ended up having to go to the bar to retrieve or reorder the drinks we ordered. I’m not going to take anything away from the man that served us this night. He was a shorter gentleman with dark hair and mustache if I do recall correctly. He did his very best and was legit the only employee running around with a sense of urgency for the customers. I seen one waiter, one bartender and the owner on the floor ( who was helping serve food and drinks) the whole time on a Saturday night so I’m assuming or hoping it was due to short staffed and call offs. We had a party of 4 sit next to us and after 15+mins of not being acknowledged the family walked out. I do recommend staffing a little bit better to accommodate the...

It was my first time here and I was a bit thrown because it's in a neighborhood. There's not a lot of parking but there's is street parking available. It's a small and cozy place to watch sports and have some good food. We shared an Artichoke Dip and it was made fresh and hot. The pits was delicious and the dip was even better. I got the Pork Sandwich and it was delicious. The flavor was good and it comes with loads of fries. The fries came a bit soggy but overall, it was pretty good. Overall the meal was made well and tasted pretty good! The prices were pretty good too, not too over the top. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Our server was nice but kept forgetting some of our items. I think they have created a very homey and cozy atmosphere. The room was pretty loud on a big sports day and people were having fun. I would recommend Red Brick if you want some good food and a lively atmosphere. I would recommend for small groups, if you like watching sports, a casual date, and some hidden gem food items.

Checked out this spot on a whim while travelling. I've got to give them some props. The food was surprisingly good. Lamb chops on the menu was intriguing. Normally, I wouldn't expect lamb chops at a dive. But apparently it's Greek owned and they know their lamb. They were good. Cooked correctly. Could have used a bit less topping (butter/herb/rosmary?) but other than that, nicely done. The "Loops" Famous Spicy Gyro Rolls were really great. Must get. Good pop spice. Seemed fresh. Too bad there were only 4! Kara served me. She was very nice and offered honest advice and was tentative and chill. Atmosphere was interesting. Quaint neighborhood in a way, seemed youthful and nice with some cool older architecture. Probably a few locals or home-base regulars. Mixed crowd. Bingo was about to start so I don't know. Nice art work, full back wall of comic covers. Clean as a normal dive. Check it out if you ever find yourself unfortunate enough to be in Columbus ;).
